Lids.com review: Customer service

I went into Lids in Oakwood Mall, Gretna Louisiana to purchase a kid baseball cap. I asked the employee who was kneeling next to me if that was all the kids hats. I asked the question twice and was ignored both times. At that time a woman was walking up and the employee started a conversation with her. Next thing I know me and her started passing words and she said she was his daughter and he was talking to her first. Having a personal on the job conversation with your daughter and ignoring customers is unacceptable if I'm asking you about your store merchandise. I never leave complaints or reviews but this employee never corrected her or answered my question. By the way he was a biracial or Hispanic male. I politely put the merchandise back that I was going to purchase and went to foot locker.
