Liberty Tax Service review: my taxes when they did them in 2015

I went to liberty tax here in Fostoria Ohio to get my taxes done... never been there heard good things about them and was helping my cousin out cause of the $50 deal... anyways my complaint is that when the dude did my taxes he had given me the earned income credit for my son who lives with his dad... and I took my year before tax papers to show him how I needed them done and he said ok and still did what he did and I double checked with him about getting what I got back for not claiming my son or the earned income credit tax credit he said right... well he was wrong I was taken to court and now I gotta pay back almost $4, 000.00 which I don't think I should have to since it wasn't my mistake and I took my taxes to a place that knows how to do them that obviously they dont and now I don't get my taxes this year or next year cause of an employee of yours... I feel that the employee or the company should pay that since it was their mistake not mine cause I paid to have my taxes done right... I would really like a response back thank you...
