Helmsman Management Services, LLC, a division of Liberty Mutual, is impossible to deal with when you have a claim. With Helmsman Management Services, LLC, it was over a month before they responded and then toldme what I sent then was not enough. They are working for Instacart so Instacart is also a responsible party in this. A simple 200.00 claim for a mailbox and they want me to do all kinds of things and here I am, a disabled senior citizen, stuck without being able to get my mail delivered. I used to like Instacart as it was convenient and it supported the local stores and the local drivers but it's hard to do business with someone who is not interested in taking care of their clients.

It’s lazy and heartless. They hope you’ll surrender out of frustration. Don’t. Call them out, escalate through every channel, and remind Instacart their reputation is riding on this too.
