My name is Lindsay Hall, I went to my first Lia Sophia party on 10/26/2007. My advisors name was Shannon Petrock 019-612, she was fairly new to the buisness. I placed an order and paid by check #672. When i recieved my order everything was intact. Although Shannon did not separate the order her self. She had the host of the party do it therfore I never recieved my white printed recipt. I continued to go to these partys and spent a lot of money. Hundreds of dollars worth. I hosted a party on 02/09/2008. At that time I explained to Shannon that one of the pieces I bought had broken, I also informed her that I never received my receipt from that party. She asked me to drop it off to her and she would see that it was either fixed or replaced. This happened back in April, thats how long it took for her to be able to meet with me to drop it off. I have not heard anything from her since. I have sent her numerous text messags and tried to call her. She would not take my phone calls and she even hung up on me after lying to me and telling me that I had the wrong number. I do not believe that she is good for your company. Considering the amount of money I have spent on your jewelry I deserve to have this made right. I would like a full refund or I would like my necklace back as soon as possible the item number is N09 Butterscotch. I hope your decision is prompt and that you speak to your advisor about customer service.

    The advisor I had for my party is MaryAnn Nichols. I had my party one month ago and have been calling her to find out where my jewelry is and if she knows when it was shipped. I spoke to a friend of mine who had her party through her also. She had her party one day before mine and received her jewerly one week ago however MaryAnn will not return her phone calls or bring over the order forms so my friend can put the orders together. As I spoke further with my friend I found out that she has done the same thing to all of the women on her block (five in all) that were kind enough to have parties for her. It would not be so bad if this was my first demonstration with lia sophia but last year I had one with another advisor who would not return my phone calls either stating she was extremely busy with school. I am sorry but if these people are too busy with school, work, family, etc., then maybe this is not the right line of work for them. They are giving your company a bad name. I really love your jewelry and have been to four parties including my own just in the last month. However, do to the lack of interest of your advisors once the order has been placed, i will probably not have any more demonstrations in my home or go to any more parties. There is a lot of nice jewelry out there I do not need to be treated like this when I have spent hundreds of dollars on your product.
