Lia Sophia/Butterscotch N09 — Customer Service
My name is Lindsay Hall, I went to my first Lia Sophia party on 10/26/2007. My advisors name was Shannon Petrock 019-612, she was fairly new to the buisness. I placed an order and paid by check #672. When i recieved my order everything was intact. Although Shannon did not separate the order her self. She had the host of the party do it therfore I never recieved my white printed recipt. I continued to go to these partys and spent a lot of money. Hundreds of dollars worth. I hosted a party on 02/09/2008. At that time I explained to Shannon that one of the pieces I bought had broken, I also informed her that I never received my receipt from that party. She asked me to drop it off to her and she would see that it was either fixed or replaced. This happened back in April, thats how long it took for her to be able to meet with me to drop it off. I have not heard anything from her since. I have sent her numerous text messags and tried to call her. She would not take my phone calls and she even hung up on me after lying to me and telling me that I had the wrong number. I do not believe that she is good for your company. Considering the amount of money I have spent on your jewelry I deserve to have this made right. I would like a full refund or I would like my necklace back as soon as possible the item number is N09 Butterscotch. I hope your decision is prompt and that you speak to your advisor about customer service.
