I got a bad review from a girl named Kat Medcoff for offering a low price on her shoes that were dirty and creased. After that offer she gave me a bad review and then blocked me so i couldn't give her one. I was hoping you can either take the bad review off or let me review her. That is unfair that i did not receive a chance to review her, because she blocked me before i could do so. She was very rude and impolite as well, to not just me, but my friends as well.

It started when I got my $200 paycheck. I was so excited with my friend because I was getting an Xbox one s for the first time. I used this app and found this user named Tori. I contacted her and the price for the Xbox was $195. I talked her down to $160 and my friend and I drove up to Minneapolis to her home. When we arrived we saw 3 black guys playing basketball so we pulled on the side of the road near the house of hers. My friend and I were really scared because they looked very sketchy. All three of them came up to our car and spread around one side of it. I rolled my window down about 3/4 the way and they asked for the money. I give them the $160 and one of them told each other to check if the money was real. After doing so, they hand the Xbox box to me and I said thanks and drove off. When we left the neighborhood, I opened the box to find a Dish brand DVD player and some foam. I was angry but was scared. My friend and I agreed that if we went back we could have gotten beaten or even killed. I've been thinking all day about that experience and now I am afraid to use this app or Craigslist stuff like this. I lost my hard earned money and I risked my life. Those men were sketchy and I don't wanna be evolved with them in any way anymore. I'm not sure what you can do about it but please just ban them don't talk to them I don't want them to find me or anything. I am so scared I'm making all my social media private and everything.

tried to buy a rv. very complex setup. submitted my interest, I get a response that says she is the daughter of the mom selling the rv. the mom has moved to nebraska as the husband died recently and has relocated with another daughter. a third party is handling the sale (amazon). I think its real I send the money via moneygram. I get a notice, I now need to pay $1500 more for insurance. all is refundable. I got screwed. I fing trusted them. Letgo needs to do better screening.

User gave me a bad review before we even met up, he didn't show up when he said he would, and he said my product was fake I want the comment immeaditly removed because let Go doesn't review these comments and let's people simply post them it's unfair. Because anyone go ahead and completely lie and make something up just to ruin someone's creditibilty when you look at my page all my reviews are 5 stars and all my buyers leave positive comments and It affects my business when people are simply trolling and causing other people problems

My husband sent a box through ups a perfectly good xbox 1 and 4 games to a guy in new jersey the guy said he'd put money in western union and they'd do a transaction that way. I sent the box and kept the receipt. Here's what happened we kept in touch with the guy for about a week and when we tracked the package it said it arrived that day we tried to contact him through letgo and his supposed email he never gave out his cell number. We haven't heard from the [censor] yet. Here's this sleeve balls info:

I was recently told that I could not sell fireworks by the letgo team. However I stumbled cross many products being sold, that were far more dangerous than mine if that is the concern.

I either wish to be permitted to sell my items, or have this issue probably taken care of by the letgo team meaning they do a better job of sorting out and taking away product that should not be allowed

I would like to talk to someone that can be contacted because of a seller selling something that is not the real thing. In Joplin Mo let go there is someone selling a hat that they said was worn by Demi Moore in the movie A few good men. The hat as pictured can not be that same hat. In the movie Demi was a Lot Commander. That means the hat band would be gold. The hat pictured is a Chiefs hat, it has a black band. I looked into the movie and her hat does have the gold band. The seller blocked me after telling them the facts. I hope you will look into this, I don't want anyone paying good money for a bogus item.

Out of nowhere he contacts me about an item i'm selling then insults me because i don't have the information he wants (and i honestly don't know how long a refrigerator, i'm selling, will last and that's what he asked). I told him i wasn't a refrigeration specialist and that i didn't have the knowledge.

I don't see a need to add anything more to this. He used pseudo-foul language during an exchange for no apparent reason. He's not even a typical buyer, he's a "flipper" that exploits people's low prices and then makes a profit off it it.

But then i know you won't do anything more than give him a slap on the wrist but i've spent my entire existence here getting along with sellers and buyers and people like this are just trash.

sold to some guy on here and he threatened if i didnt give him his money back he is going to the cops and talking to my parents (im 25) he then sent me mine, my mothers and my fathers address to me (i didnt use my real name) and (i met him no where near my house), he then said i need to give him his money back and he is keeping what according to him was broken PC parts that i sold to him yet they worked when i brought them to him in the shop where we met.

How did he get my name, my address etc?

We have two animal cages. One has 1 door and the other has 2 doors. They are different sizes with totally different measurements. I made 2 separate ads for them. The measurements are different, ALL of the pictures are different, and the titles are different. Your company discarded one of our ads saying it was a duplicate. Please restore our ad.

Showed interest in her shed at $75 dollars at 7 hours of her post. She said it was still available. She changed the price to $100 a day later. I asked if I could have it for $75 since I responded at that price. She said ok. Arranged for pick up Friday (no response). She said I could pick it up Thursday. I asked her what time on day before and said she sold it. I told her that was unfair. See conversation.

Why can I not sell a airsoft scope. A scope that isn't for a real gun. Can not be used on a real gun and it has nothing to do with a real gun. There is no law against selling toy guns. TOY GUN SCOPE has nothing to do with a real gun. There are a lot of other people selling airsoft stuff but I can't sell a scope? This is about the dumbest [censor]ing app I have seen and it's run by a bunch of idiots. [censor] you all.

Hi Letgo Customer Sercive Team,

I am complaining about Mohit Raj writng a an unfavorable review of me after having one chat exchange with me after I reply "N Thanks" to his insulting lowball offer of $125 to my asking price of $399.99 of a Bowers & Wilkins MM-1 computer speakers. He then chat me back after an prolong period, and proceed to leave me that 2 star review. Its affectng my reputation as a seller and thus the letgo community view of me and theur willingness to contact me for further sales inquiries.
I also find he has no current ad listing and one item sold.
Please rebuke the review that Mohit Raj left on me as you could verify my claim by looking at the chat between me and him.

I don't know what's going on I signed up not quite long and I did the confirmation through my email to secure my account and I just paid someone who is to sell a camera for me, and I haven't gotten his contact yet nor his number to reach him, all of a sudden I got signed out...
I font know why to do, how I'm a going to get my money back from who I paid to?

This is a nice application, my problem is I get these lunatic's that like to make offers and then want to meet up at a location and they never show up.
Then they can't be found on letgo either they delete there account or change it to another
This has happened many times so I am today removing my account from letgo for these reasons.

Name Christine M tried selling me a tablet that did not work and is threatening to call the cops on me and I don't know what to do I cannot get my money back it is ridiculous I had a lengthy conversation with her about the tablet and I just said if the tablet does not work I will be coming back with the tops to get my money and she said I was threatening her she's taking screenshots and she's going to call the cops and it's not right you need to do something about this

You have 2 users John Matthews and Jennifer Matthews that are posting and selling stolen items on your website. This isn't fair to other sellers and buyers that are honest and not dealing in stolen items. There are bikes, electronics, jewelry, clothing and other assorted items. The police in my county are already on to him and like I said it's really not fair to other people.

I had commented on an item she was selling I was unable to meet her downtown I tried to meet her at a place that would be convenient for both of us so I decided I would pass as soon as I decided I would pass she left me a bad review blocked me and now she's bashing me on the letgo site I need that taken care of I need her review taken off and it letgo needs to make it easier for people to get ahold of somebody in situations like this because she's had several bad reviews

I just tried to adjust my product information on the App and was given an error message. I would like a phone call to [protected] to resolve this issue.
The items I am trying to sell are a washer/dryer and a blue ray dvd player. If I do not receive any help with this matter I will report this matter to the Better Business Bureau for further assistance. Since there is no direct customer service for the letgo app

This person posted me to her profile so I did the same. I need it taken down because it's offensive and goes against let go codes. I will take mine down as soon as I see you guys have removed me from her profile. This is ridiculous that I cannot contact anyone thru the phone. I shouldn't be in this situation. And I shouldn't have to go thru this mess in order to get this resolved.
