Can't get to my items I'm selling or my chats. It's saying I have none but I was in the middle of a chat selling and it blanked out can you fix the website asap so I can meet this person and not lose a big sale? I have no other complaints but I have to keep typing to meet the minimum requirements. You need a customer service phone number available.

I signed on to Letgo yesterday to purchase a trailer. I expressed interest in several trailers and received some feedback. When I tried to respond, I got a message that I had been blocked. I've emailed Letgo twice, but have received no response. I have done nothing wrong I want to buy one of the trailers that I've seen. Unfortunately, I can not respond to seller. Please straighten out the problem so I can resume using Letgo

Hello me and my brother get on letgo all the time but here lately all that we see contentious is these NBA hats repeatedly put on letgo all day long reposted on the hour. It's hard to see anything that people are posting because these hats are all over the page. There all you see. If someone could please stop this me and my brother and I'm sure alot of other people would appreciate it, letgo hasn't been the same since these NBA hats have flooded letgo. He says I am selling firearm. I am not. I sell sights and red dots. You can not sell firearms what so ever. Unless you are an FFL dealer and have a retail location. I do not want to be harassed by anyone let alone a guy that has no knowledge of the law.
How can you help me stop this guy from this harassment. I have been selling and buying on let go with no issues. And it has been a very positive experience. I have never made a complaint nor has one been made about me.

I was recently robber by a person meeting me to buy a Hoverboard listed on Let go He took for a test drive put it under his arm and ran away. I see his profile is still available.
Is there a way to track this person. A police report has been made.

I shipped two pairs of shoes to Chris Longley in Evanston, IL. He said that he would confirm the PayPal payment as soon as he saw the shoes were being shipped. I provided him with the tracking number and he said he would confirm the payment. I have yet to receive a payment even though the shoes have been delivered since Friday, March 3rd, 2017. I was wondering if there was any way I could get the payment of $310 that we agreed on.

Guy says he's in the military. Oregon national guard, being deployed, wants to do transactions through ebay motors. Sent prepaid visa one vanilla cards through ebay motors I thought. After isent money, he wouldn't respond to my emails about dicey of truck. I called ebay through a diffetent number and they have no record of transaction. Its a scam, got me for $2500. Look on oregon national guard website, several people who he said the same thing to. I called visa and had the funds put on hold, the company that is holding the funds from me is called orixa in florida. This guy said he was in oregon.

There is a girl on let-go who's selling fake iPhones she's giving people are giving her the money and they found out that these phones are fake they look just like iPhone 7 but they're not in there also being put in the iPhone 6 box this girl has got to be stopped because this is illegal and we're going to try to notify the police to see what can we do about this she sold my daughter a phone for $350 and it look just like the iPhone 7 and when my daughter got home the phone was not even real we have to stop this girl she also keep changing her name all I know is that she's meeting people in Cartersville Georgia please someone help us get this girl locked up for this crime she is using this site to commit crimes

What a terrible service, please be very careful and don't buy anything from Letgo! I bought an iPhone from a seller on Letgo and he assured me that phone was like almost brand new and that it was in a perfect condition.
When we met and I received the phone it looked nice. There were no damaged, everything looked good and I turned it on without any problems.
But seller told me nothing about all the lags and bugs that awaited me.
Phone was terrible and did not work properly. I was not able to update it, many apps simply did not work. And when I tried to open one of the apps phone simply turned off. Yes on the outside iPhone looked fine, but on the inside it was horrible and totally broken. I tried to contact the seller but he did not reply and later he deleted his account from Letgo and even changed his phone number.
I will never buy anything from letgo! Absolutely no customer protection!

I have been trying to sell my sofas on line for the past two weeks and I have been getting lots of interest, but it seems scammers. I need insight on what is going on with these individuals or individual since their respond is the same written format. Their respond claims that they are interested in the items but they need my information in order to send me payment. once the payment is deposited, then they will send someone to pick up item. That concerns me, what is the idea behind this type of process? Can someone contact me from your office. Thanks

I put three Verizon phones on your app, because I needed to make the money back so I could buy food for my family. This guy starts messaging me today saying how he wants the Galaxy S7 I had really bad, but I told him I had that one sold already. We're messaging back and forth about the price and whatnot, then he starts telling me he needs a ride to go to the other side of town to show his "girlfriend" whom he's buying the phone for, so me being the nice guy that I am told him ok...So I went and picked up my brother to ride with me because it seemed a bit suspicious. So my brother and I went to go pick this guy up and on the way there I told him I had to pick my brother up to give him a ride as well, he sends me a message back saying, "you can go ahead and do that first if you want". I told him I was already there, which I was. I rolled down my window in my truck and asked the guy who was sitting there with this girl if he was the one trying to buy a phone off of Letgo, he said "yes" and jumped in my truck. We proceeded to the other side of town, which is about 7 miles or so, and he told me to pull over behind this white vehicle that was in front of the address 1415 Douglas St. Sioux City, IA...he went in for about ten minutes, then came back out and asked me if it would be alright if he gave me part of the money, which was $60/$150 so he could show his "girlfriend" with a hurt ankle the phone because she couldn't make it down the stairs, so I said yes and handed him the phone feeling a little more comfortable about the situation. He was in the house/apartments for about 15 minutes, so I messaged him "I goat get going"...(no reply) messaged him again, still no reply... so I called and straight to voicemail 3 times in a row. I walked up to the front and realized that there was a side door and there was fresh foot prints in the snow, because it had just snowed where we live... I called Verizon and they said there's no way that he can get in the phone until I get that bill paid and then the phones will be unlocked as soon as I do...which is what I was going to do if he wouldn't have been a freaking thief. Then I tried looking on the Letgo app messages that we had between us, and their gone!
You people need to come up with a way such as putting a payment method on your app so everyone knows they're dealing with real people, and if something does go wrong, they can be found and identified very easily, and handed over to the proper authorities! This is bull****! I just lost my job the other day due to medical reasons, and had to come up with a way to buy food for my 4 children, and my wife...so I was trying to sell these phones on your app to do so, and look what freaking happens! I get Robbed! The guy was about 5'6" to 5'8", Hispanic or native, tattoos, wore a black hat with black sunglasses on top of the hat, a black backpack, black jacket and shirt, like a marble colored black and white pants...I don't remember his name when he told me, because it was some little thug, gangster wannabe name, but his profile first name said Ben...I doubt that's even his real name, because I'm sure this isn't the first time he's done it! My friends and I are going to try and set him up so the authorities can deal with him, and so he doesn't continue giving your company a bad name. Please help me some how.

I am actually contacting you to tell you that I report every scam I find on letgo. I check the report option and then I confirm that I do want to report it. It makes me very angry that people are doing this to unsuspecting people. I live in north carolina and wanted to know if there is any way you could warn people and tell them about all of these scams. Especially if the seller refuses to communicate with you unless you email them. If you cannot see the item you want to buy, in person with your own eyes, before you buy it... Don't waste any more time. They are scammers. Especially with cars! They don't have the car... Never did. Tell them you will pay for it after you see it and test drive it. They will tell you the car is in another state... So why are they trying to sell it here and the car is in montana or whereever. Think people! Also with pets... Do not send any money anywhere! You need to have the item (Pet... Car... Watch) in your hand and be happy with it and then you give them the money. No money orders... No wire transfers... You can not get your money back... Ever. You get what you want and then they will get what they want. Why are you giving money to somebody you do not know?

My sister answered a ad on letgo and the lady claimed she was in the military. She told my sister to give her info so eBay Motors can send all the information to buy the car. The eBay agent told her to send $1, 520 which she did and 12-24 hrs they would tell her the delivery date for the car. This morning she received a email saying she have to now send $1, 200 for insurance and would get it back after the car got to us. We did not send more money but contacted eBay they go through PayPal when making money transactions they basically told us to go to the police department and file a report, which we are. This makes no sense people are so horrible

Bought an iPhone 6 from a user on Letgo. Seemed legit. Me me at my house. Then whenever I check the imei with her at my home, she took my money and ran. She will not answer my test messages. Will not answer my phone calls. I cannot message her Letgo because she blocked me. So now I am stuck with stolen property and $240 gone from my pocket. I am furious. Beyond furious.

I responded to angelamerchel for a 2003 toyota tacoma. Should have known it was to good but she asked for an email and I unfortunately communicated through my personal account. She used amazon pay and money transfers but the amazon information she sent was falsely created, unknowingly to me. I paid the $1900 for the vehicle though the money gram to a Jennifer Aldinger in Clarksburg WV. I also then sent $1500 to cover insurance for the transport of the vehicle. Obviously all of this money has been picked up. The reference numbers from the money transfer were: [protected] and [protected]
I used the Walmart in Front Royal VA to make the money transfer. The money was sent to a Jennifer Aldinger at 127 Ridenour St Clarksburg, WV 26301

A seller who's username on Letgo is Villa_shoes was selling and iPhone 7 plus matte black for $300. He brought it down to $150 when I asked if he could bring the price down. He gave me his phone number [protected] to send me more photos of the iPhone. On Saturday, 3/4/17, I sent him $150 cash to Washington Michigan. His name is Randy Siler Jr. His email is [protected]@gmail.com. It is now thursday 3/9/17 and it still hasn't showed up. He told me he would ship over night.

I contacted a seller from Liberty, Mo. He was selling a 14kt gold bracelet, I meet with him. He stated that the email address was his girlfriend's. I paid him for the bracelet, then took it to the pawn shop. They stated that it was fake. I have his license plate number, I will be looking for him. It's the bracelet wrapped around the seller hand. Watch out for anyone selling jewelry on letgo.

I commented of some video games from this person name Dylan Marshall. I told him I could meet up with him in a day or so and the next day I message him and told him I was on my way. I traveled from herkimer to Oneonta that was a hour and 15 minutes ride and he didn't answer me at all for like a hour and said he couldn't meet. Besides that he gave me a address that there wasn't that number on that street. I was wondering if her could be taken off cause he wasted my time and gas for nothing.

Some let go accounts always ask to be contacted by there email, only because they can't or they don't check there let go app. This worries me because half of the app have accounts that ask only to be contacted by email. When you do contact them they always tell you this short story they say there selling there item because there going to the army and that there leaving from Nebraska long story short they always say the same thing don't fall for it don't even bother to text them from there email they are scammers and hackers trying to get a hold of your account and your private emails. They are mostly found in the motor section of the let go app. This is a big security issue that the let go company or app most take care of with great response the need to take care of this to stop frauds if your reading this plz don't let your self be tricked thanks for reading
