I really enjoy my local store and manager, being a loyal customer for decades. This year I spent several thousandssss of dollars. When the salt generator was installed and the tech broke some of the plumbing, Leslies was going to charge me a service call.
Then I bought a pool heater. Leslies gave the wrong number to the freight delivery company Cinderalla. When I did not answer, the 3rd party threatened me with a $130 dock fee for every day it sat on their dock, returning it to Michigan.
Even though I still wanted the heater, Leslies did a return and DID charge me nearly $200 return fee for their mistake. As much as my local Leslies dealer was good and convenient, the company WILL NOT show their customers loyalty.
