I dropped off my car today at Les Schwab tire center on Canyon Road, Beaverton, Oregon. My car had 47 miles to go before it was empty. The staff were standing in a circle and did not greet me, nor were they friendly. I checked in my car and asked for a call when it was done. I called later and was told it was ready. I got dropped off to pick up my car and again experienced a severe lack of customer service. It appeared that the employees were frustrated with each other. I paid and asked the status of my tires. I was told that if they were not good, I would have gotten a call. I received no paperwork except a receipt for my transaction. I asked where my call was and told it was around the building. I found it right out front parked sideways in a spot. The seat did not move, nor did the windows go down or car start. I had to go back in and ask for help. One lady yelled at a man that I needed a jump. He brought out a portable battery and it took 2 times to start my car. I waited a few minutes for the battery to charge and when I exited the parking lot noticed that my tank was completely empty and my car read "0 Range", I immediately went to Chevron and filled my car. I have been going to Les Schwab for 42 years and have never received this kind of service — I called Canyon road and talked with Derrick and he told me that nothing could have happened at the store as they drive from the parking lot to the bay and the bay to the parking lot. I called Oregon corporate and talked to a customer service rep. I am very unhappy with the service received.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response.
Les Schwab Tire Center - Returns
Zak at store 10340 in Beaverton, will not accept employees mistake, I bought two sets of chains and five wiper blades over $300, I asked I will only buy these if unopened & unused can I return them, I was told of course, come to find out, Zak who has low customer service skills, will not accept an employees human mistake, mabey the salesman is dyslexic IDK but I purchased a 26"& a 16" for my Kia but was given a 28"& 16" I understand inventory, but it is sellable, and not my fault, but Les Schwab, Zak requires customer sensitivity training, and to learn to be humble and accept mistakes
Desired outcome: Do the right thing
