Lenskart.com review: Non delivery of full ordered sets

Dear Sir,

The above order was booked under the scheme one plus one free. But I am sorry to inform you that one product delivered to me thought two sets was to be delivered under the scheme.
I shall be thankful, if you would kindly look into the matter for delivering the second under the scheme at the earliest to make trust on lenscart by the customers of this scheme or is fraud to attract the customers after that loose the trust of customers.
My family is customer since long so please treat as customer.
Payment made Rs. 3939/- on 27.1.26 through paytm.
