Great communcation and a quick and easy loan process! Nice staff too! They were really helpfull and made the whole thing super simple. The staff was really nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. I had no problems at all and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Lending 3 Inc for anyone looking for a loan.

They keep calling and bothering me for my business even though I've told them I'm not interested and asked to be put on a do not call list. When I ask them to do that, instead of saying okay, they keep pushing. I am NOT interested, please stop calling and bothering me.

Worst people EVER. They seriously lied to this Disabled Veteran and nobody ever calls you back. I was approved for everything, but they lied to me. They said you're closing next week by Friday, but it's a continuous lie. They never closed and here it's Friday again. Absolute worst customer care I've ever seen.

I got a call about refinancing and getting some cash. They gave me a hard time and talked down to me when I mentioned that my interest rate is ***% and I don't have any other debts that are higher and need to be paid off. Then they called me a f***ing idiot and told me to go off myself. It was a phone call I didn't ask for and it's not okay for them to talk to potential customers like that.

Lending 3 Inc contacted us 'bout gettin' rid of our debt by usin' our home's value. When I told 'em to take our name and number off their list, they refused and started talkin' real mean to me. I take care of a disabled veteran, so I don't need no extra stress like that. I felt like they was tryin' to scare us and was actin' real pushy.

Elmer Molina and his team were amazing! They showed great professionalism, knowledge, hard work, and patience throughout the refinancing process. Working with them has been a real pleasure. I am so grateful to them for making my dreams come true. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends without any hesitation. The closing process was super fast! was a godsend! He was transparent and patient with all my questions. He came into my life at a critical time. Health issues had us budgeting and debt consolidation made financial assistance impossible. But the darn VA refi we did with him lowered my rate saving money monthly and enabled us to skip a couple months which allowed my family to make it through a rough patch with ease. I highly recommend him and his company.

Worst decision ever. Started in May to refinance. Lender said don't pay May mortgage payment due on May 3rd. After signing all closing loan documents thinking we finished the loan we get a phone call on the last business day in May called around 6:00pm and said they needed us to pay our current mortgage payment or we would show 30 days past due because Lending3 was not going to get the payoff and fund the new loan as discussed and loan documents stated! I asked if this was going to affect the documents we just finalized? The answer was yes they had to redo ALL docs and we were to resign them! They were not able to get our home refinanced and we thankfully did not get stuck with such an awful unprepared company! Very disappointed with the attitude and service received from this company after the Manager was rude and hateful when we became upset with him for not getting his job done in a timely manner and asked us to take off work to sign documents ALL over! We almost got into a bad situation with our credit bc of this company and their lack of urgency! I would NEVER recommend them!

Just got cold called by these guys. They told me about a program called Clean Slate or something, but I couldn't find anything about it online. They said it's a program to clear debt and get extra money for Christmas. When I said I wasn't interested, the guy asked me what being sorted meant to me. I told him I wasn't interested again, but he kept asking what it meant to be sorted. I got frustrated and raised my voice, telling him to take me off their call list. I hung up, but he called right back. I declined the call, and he left a voicemail saying I was rude for not answering his question and that he'll keep calling until I do. These guys are like vultures. I feel bad for people who actually need help and get involved with this company. And did they seriously respond to someone's complaint with personal info on a public forum? This company needs to disappear. I wish I could give them zero stars.
