I had some issues with paying my loan off and they did everything they could to assist me. Each time I've been in to talk to someone they were patient and helpful, understanding my situation.

Had a quick and easy loan application experience with them when I applied a few weeks ago. My payments are scheduled to come out of my bank account on my paydays and they told me I can get an early payoff discount too! So far so good!

I had a loan with them and it went in to default and they failed to tell me that when that happened that all the loan
I had a loan with them and it went in to default and they failed to tell me that when that happened that all the loan plus all interest was due and that it keeps gaining interest as well until way after the fact I have been making 500 payments to them which hasnt done anything to help me i borrowed 2k Ive already gave them 3k this far back on the loan and I still owe 4 k and its still gaining interest... I have no idea how to pay this I took the loan to pay my rent bc of loss of work due to the virus. that loan has caused me to take out other loans with them which I just paid off 2 days ago and those went full term as well bc I could barley make the payments but I kept all of them good until the end now I have this last one and they are trying to use it to kill me. I have a family and bills and what they are asking of me is completely unreasonable and I dont get any kind of help what so ever they just want money money money over 1k a month in interest is what it gains right now.

I tried to put false advertising and sales issues, so in November of last year, they gave me a loan on my 2005 van for $650. I paid it off on time, even before the due date. Yesterday, I went in to get another loan on the van. It was not the same employee who gave me the loan, but it was the same company. They have a record on file with my name, Betty ***, in a folder showing that they gave me a loan and I paid it off with no trouble and not late. However, when I went yesterday, they told me that they couldn't help me or give me a loan because I am on SSI. So, my question is, why did they give me a loan before and why are they turning me away now? They advertise that as long as you have an income and proof, they help with loans. When I asked them why they gave me a loan before and why they are turning me away now, they said that one reason is because I am on SSI. However, that did not stop them before. Then they tried to say that they changed their policy and don't take vehicles that old, which I know is a lie. If you look at their files and find Austin Wright and Brianna Wright, you will find their folders. They just gave them a loan for an older truck and van that are in worse shape than my vehicle. So, I would like them to be investigated for discrimination against me for being on SSI and for false advertising. Thank you sincerely, ***.
Money IS MISSING
Check City Loan Services contacted me saying I was approved for a $5000 loan and no money down. I spoke to the 2nd person, he proceeded to tell me I needed to get a "moneypak loaded with $180" so I could prove myself to them. I googled them and many websites came up with multiple people citing the same issue. Not to mention some people did what they asked and their money IS MISSING.
