Very professional team! Excellent workmanship, completed job timely, cleaned up when completed project. Drew the team leader from roofing, Steve team leader from siding were very professional and kept us informed of progress. Greg and Dan always available and communicated well with us! My home was in need of a new roof . Greg came out and showed us all the roofing options. Very informative. When they came to do the roof, they were on time and professional. The workers full days with minimal breaks. I was super impressed. They cleaned up the yard so good. I've picked up very few nails afterwards. I would call.them again for my next project.

In June, we had 1st Response build us a new 16X16 deck. We wanted low maintenance so we picked a plastic type material instead of wood. From meeting with sales through to dealing with the construction manager and finally the construction crew, everything went well with no problems. Very professional company. We love our new deck and we recommend 1st response to anyone that wants a new deck.

We are very impressed with First Response. Our new roof is exactly what we wanted and the installers were both courteous and competent. Our sales representative, Greg Darhower, impressed us. He was professional and personable. If we emailed a question, he responded right away. He showed up for appointments on time. After the installation, he thoroughly checked our property for any debris. We wish that all companies were as competent and reliable as First Response.

Had First Response Roofing out to put on new Roof. Windows.. And Siding.. Saleman Greg really worked with us on making this big transition a lot easier.. The company sent out 3 different contractors ... The roofers did great job in timely fashion and clean up was great. Steve an Jeremy were next with windows and siding. Jeremy worked really hard in almost 100 degree heat.. Next came the gutter guys.. Tony and crew did an excellant job.. I would recommend First Response Roofing for any remodeling job i have. Will use them again.

Hired First Response to replace my roof. The whole experience with them was really good. From the sales person to the men doing the work. The job was done in a day and 1/2. Workers were on time and kept me informed of how things were going. Clean up was great. Didn't find so much as a nail when I walked the yard. Sales person came out 2 days later to look around and make sure I was happy with results. All around good job from start to finish. Give them my highest recommendation. Not only would I hire them again, I am currently getting an estimate on replacing my front door. 5 stars all the way!

We had a new metal roof put in our house, found out along the way we had problems with the chimney. It needed extensive work. They did an amazing job fixing it and blending it in with the field stone, even tho it was over 100 yesrs old it matched up perfectly. My husband was the one that convinced me to get a metal roof becuase i was leery about the sound of the rain. Since completion we have had 3 rainstorms and not a sound. Im so happy we went with metal. The crew were such hard workers, no goofing around not even that many breaks. There we're nights they worked until 8pm. They set a new standard for a roofing company. Our home is 65 years old and we have been doing a lot of renovations recently. We chose First Response to put a new roof on and from start to finish they did an amazing job. Greg from sales and service came out to give us our quote and continued to check on the progress and update us with any changes that were necessary until the job was finished. Half way through we decided to add a sliding glass door which involved cutting out a wall and masonry work. Both jobs were done in a very timely manner, the workers were very professional and friendly and the cleanup each day as well as the final cleanup was great. We were so pleased that we are using them again in the spring to build our deck. I would definitely recommend them!
