A couple years ago I needed to get some repair work on our tile roof ... Kelly Roofing did a nice job on the repair - 100% pleased! A number of homes in our development have replaced their tile roofs in the last year with apparently post Hurricane Irma damage ... I decided to have Kelly Roofing do an inspection on our roof to see if we had any damage. Their Project Manager Jay G. came out nd did a complete roof inspection - he was professional and knowledgeable answered all my questions and concerns. Post inspection was pleased to hear him reassure me all is well with our tile roof.

Avoid this company! They do not respect the customers time or hard earned money. My roof was done incorrectly and sloppy. My new roof continues to leak after multiple calls to the company and "repairs". I have shingles that were not installed correctly in several places on my roof. Trying to contact someone in charge that can actually make decisions and speak with the customer is impossible. I was supposed to have an appointment at 3pm today and it was ignored and missed. I am now supposed to wait by the phone for them to contact me when they are available. I have been waiting SEVERAL weeks to speak to someone.

I dealt with Kelly Roofing n a need to re-roof my place. The people that I dealt with extremely helpful and courteous answering my questions. Their management helped me compare another estimate I had and pointed both the good and bad aspects. They informed me what was just fluff and what was the important things to considered. I was use to asphalt shingles, but was unaware of the adv advantages of a plastic like and insulating material. One that several of my neighbors had. I was also impressed that their company had been selected as the best in the US. They are reasonable, honest, hardworking and follow up exceptionally well. I highly recommend them.

Kelly Roofing has an EXCELLENT Work Ethic. They do their very best to efficiently and professionally provide whatever service the customer needs as quickly as possible. Their courteous and helpful Customer Service Dept. schedules an initial visit where a Project Manager evaluates and honestly advises the customer on the scope of the work to be done and the estimated cost. From that time on, I have observed that the customer is in good hands with Kelly Roofing. Work is scheduled in a timely manner, and done with quality material installed by professional and knowledgeable workers; along with inspections and clean up. This is a family run business who works very hard to "do right" by it's customers . I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

We had Kelly Roofing out to inspect the integrity of our roof after we moved in. Greg Puka, our salesman, couldn't have been more professional and courteous. Instead of selling us a whole new roof (which he easily could have), Greg assured us we only needed a few tiles replaced.

Not only did Greg replace them on-the-spot, but he didn't even charge us for his time! My husband and I were so blown away with that level of thoughtfulness and customer service, I just can't praise Kelly Roofing - and their team of professionals (specifically our salesman, Greg) enough. It's so refreshing to deal with a company where helping someone out trumps the almighty dollar!

Kelly Roofing just finished a roof sealing on my lanai & carport. An error by the previous roofer had omitted a drip edge that caused leakage the house and the and the 2 additions. Their recommended repair required resealing with a pcv product, installing the missing drip edge. I also requested that gutters be installed on the structure. Although a few changes in starting dates had to be made once agreed a date was set work started promptly and finished on time. Though I am not familiar with roofing, the county inspectors comment "nice job" convinced me that I took the right route. The property was left exceptionally clean of debri. I am rating 5 stars as the job went very well, finished in the time on the contract, and I was informed daily of the status and progress.

Kelly Roofing definitely deserves a 5-Star rating. They are very professional, have excellent employees, perform excellent work and always leave premises immaculate during the course of their work. They really made an excellent impression here in Longshore Lake and I had many compliments on their work quality and neatness. Greg P., the Project Manager, for the work performed after Hurricane Irma, was also very professional and excellent working with insurance company and always returning my phone calls promptly --- he also had a super team of workers. and they never left a mess after their lunch or work. I discovered Kelly Roofing at the St. Patrick's Day Parade several years ago so had used them for repair work and skylights and because of their past performance, I did not want any other roofer for the Hurricane Irma disaster.

I have been in the local Naples, FL real estate industry for nearly 30 years. And, when it came time to replace my own home's roof, I wanted a quality, reputable, long-standing, local family-owned firm to do the roof work. And, I could not be more satisfied with KELLY ROOFING. They have been fantastic through every step of the process! Their communication is constant - from phone calls to e-mails to site visits, etc. And, their quality & efficiency with regard to the whole process was mind-blowing! These folks are true professionals! Finally, their cleanliness on the job site truly exceeded my expectations - I didn't find one nail during the tile install. Not ONE! Incredible...Anyway, I am so pleased with KELLY ROOFING. And, they can rest assured that I will enthusiastically recommend them to all of family, friends, and my clients! KELLY is Awesome!

1) Kelly Roofing has some of the Best Business Processes for customer relationship management I have seen especially in a relatively small business. They do a great of accurately coordinating all their functions from initial inspection, insurance company claim support, 3rd party engineering inspections and report evaluation, legal firm support for escalating roof claims to a formal suit, ongoing information contacts and project management. 2) I personally observed a large project for a home across from ours and watched the demo phase, the replacement of plywood and the underlaying phase and the installation of the new tiles. All the work was done in an exceptional manner. I was particular impressed with the materials and methods used in the underlaying phase. The work was done efficiently and in a clean manner. 3) Their Project Manager is on the job and has excellent technical skills and communications skills to make the job go correctly. 4) Kelly enjoys an excellent reputation for the quality of the work done and the customer attention it provides.

This review provides little satisfaction but if it can aid one person to find another roofer it was worth it. We hired Kelly Roofing because the previous owner of our home had used them. We have water dripping between our pool cage and facia boards. Salesman came out took pictures of the roof, explained the need to power wash and seal our roof and to re-point the ridge tile as well as un-fasten our lanai cage, take up the tile, place a new underlayment and drip edge and replace the tile. Kelly Roofing did a nice job with the power washing and re-pointing but never touched the lanai cage, did not pull up any tile, did not place any underlayment. Instead they used a product similar to Flex-Seal around the nails that hold the gutter to our facia boards. When we got the final bill they provided only $300 credit for not undoing the lanai cage. Totally unacceptable, everyone in Florida knows to unfasten a lanai cage costs more then $300. We attempted to call the salesman numerous times, he never called back, promised but he was a no show. Called and spoke to their customer service reps, pleasant enough, but they really do not seem to be able to help. Mangers were never made available to discuss and to add injury to us they send a letter "Intent to Lein" without returning calls. To avoid anymore issues we paid the bill but have sworn off Kelly Roofing and I hope as you read this take to heart and find a better roofer.

Talked to Mikayla multiple times about the time frame as the property is rented to a seasonal tenant for $ 1,000 a day. She confirmed multiple times less then one day. Now we are on day 4. They not returning calls, leaving a path of destruction. I even wrote an email to Mr. K., but I guess our job is not big enough to return our call and probably a $ 100,000 roof is more important or is this standard service at Kelly Roofing?

Ken, wow you keep calling me and I keep hanging up on our phone conversation. Well I would really like to know when you called me and I just hang up! But if this is your excuse for dragging a 1 day into a 4 day job, even so it was multiple time confirmed that it takes only one day.

All of our customers are important to us. We have been responding to your emails and returning your calls, however you keep hanging up on us mid-conversation. The work is completed at the property we just need to pass the final inspection. When we scheduled it the first time, we failed due to the permit being removed from the jobsite. We will need to have our supervisor back out to re-hang the permit and then schedule the inspection again.

I had the pleasure of hiring Kelly Roofing to clean my roof as well as repair my gutters and add baffles to my roof vents. I contacted Kelly Roofing and I immediately received a response from Greg who is a project manager. He explained in detail how they were going to clean and repair my roof and gutters. I received an itemized proposal with the price. Greg was very professional, knowledgable and informative. After I decided to hire Kelly Roofing, the company was in constant communication with me via texts, emails and phone calls. The day before they started the work, Jorge the project supervisor contacted me and explained what was going to be done and how long the job was going to take. The day the work was going to start, the cleaning crew Kelvin and Jose show up at 8:00 am (as promised) and worked the entire day. They first put tarps down over my pool and lanai furniture - they were meticulous and thorough. After cleaning the roof, they sealed the roof. My roof never looked so good! Once again Jorge contacted me and also came by to inspect their work and to make sure I was satisfied. He explained the next day the "repair crew" will come out in the morning to finish the rest of the work. The next day, at 8:00am the repair crew (Milton and Billy) came and repaired and painted (to match my roof color) my roof vents, baffles, bathroom vent pipes and dryer vent. They also fixed and sealed my gutters. I was then contacted by Jorge the project supervisor - he came to my house again, inspected the roof, the workmanship of the crews and the made sure my house was left in pristine condition. He made sure that I was completely satisfied - which I was! I then received an email with numerous pictures of the completed work of my roof to include the cleaning and the repairs. Then my project manager Greg contacted me to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. It is my opinion that this is a 5 star PLUS company and I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs. Greg and Jorge as well as the cleaning and repair crews are a true asset to Kelly Roofing. I have used this company on another occasion to have my attic insulated- once again they did an excellent job - I will continue to use them in the future!
