I swapped out 18 of them 400W Lithonia high bay lights for 18 of them LED high bay UFO Corvus lights from LED Light Expert. And get this, I used the same 240v wiring and location with the 240w LED models. It's not as blinding when I look up at the ceiling now, and I reckon I'll make use of the dimming feature when I don't need so much light.
