They advertise a free trial period, but they charged me for a full month for 10-15 minutes use!
I signed up, played around for 10 minutes and saw they just scrape the internet for spam email addresses. When I also saw that I was charged I asked them to cancel my account entirely and refund me. This was all within minutes. They refused any refund and charged me $400 a full month?! $400 for 10 minutes of a SaaS product that doesn't work?!
Any normal professional company in the world would refund a client. Only spammers and scammers behave as LeadFuze.
The company owner Justin contacted me that this whole issue was a miscommunication. They agreed to refund me the full month charge for my few minutes of use, and they promised me that in the future they'll work to ensure this scenario doesn't happen to potential clients testing their product. I do consider this issue successfully closed to my satisfaction and I thank Justin for reaching out to me and his professionalism.

Hi Nick,
We offer a free trial with 20 leads. You are not required to input a credit card (and therefore not charged) until you want to upgrade to a paid plan. At which point, it is shown to you that you are being charged.
We are then charged from our various data providers based on the data allotment. Our software doesn't scrape the web for spam emails, we use several different data providers in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information that doesn't put you in spam traps and harm your reputation.
In any case, it's unfortunate that things did not work out for you, but we certainly wish you well and hope you'll find our free resources of use.
