I requested for a return on the 19 oct 2024 as it was defective, I reached out to the seller and he advised me to bring to his service shop at tampines which is very inconvenient for me as the item is very bulky and I am not able to carry it to the taxi, so I told the seller I want to return and get a refund, so the seller agreed and told me to return back to lazada, and the reason I chose for return is "item is defective and not according to advertisment" and upon been checked at the warehouse, lazada simply rejected my refund saying that the quality does not meet the requirements, I did not use at all, it is brand new and just by turning it on, it was defective, not according to the advertisment in the lazada page and they had a 30 days return policy and it also included change of mind
I had been calling lazada customer care many times since october 2024 but the customer service will promise for a return but it never happens at all, they just gives the assurace that my case will be expediated but the refund never happens
The item was return back to lazada warehouse, so the item is not with me, I lost my money, please help me in my case I have been your loyal customer for many years, this is the first time I got this issue.
