The person sent out had some sort of issue and came out with just a push mower and no edger. I give him credit for putting in work, but it didn't look good.
After I called to cancel service and was told that they 'request' you to do 3 mows before they will allow you to cancel, even though their faq specifically says there is no contract or lock-in. I couldn't get escalated to someone who could cancel until I told them I would be filing a complaint.
Recommendation: Avoid
