Toronto Police Service & City of Toronto - Toronto police service is not to be called to serve or protect

Around 3:30pm today, Sept 18/25, I heard very loud, ear damaging hige volume of music coming from an appraching car when I was about to cross a small intersaction at Gosford Bl & Shoreham Drive (North Side). Lakewood Police - Harassment for what?

Lakewood PD are bullies and have been harassing my fiancé for something that we don’t even know about. First they came to our door of our apartment when we were gone for the night on a Saturday.
