Hi! I ordered the H7 bulbs for a 2017 Kia Forte and these H7 bulbs are: a) Too big for the housing. The original fitting will not fit into the housing with the dust cover and even if I could there is no support for the light itself which brings us to b) I only went with this company because of the promise of not having to slice any wires because there is some sort of magical adapter you have made. Well, it worked with the high beams but the low beams have a different kind of adapter to secure the light in place and the one you sent was the same as the headlights (just a little ring with three notches that fit over the light). While I am pleased with my high beams, I am expecting a full refund for the low beams and a return container and label as I am taking my car to a local shop and having them install the correct lights with the correct adapters.

Excellent customer service! I had ordered the wrong size bulb. Contacted CS and they emailed the next day. Lasfit CS refunded my money very quickly! Lasfit has quality products and the best service! Also shipping to Hawaii was very quick! Mahalo!

Every thing works great! Had the flickering from the LED's but I forgot to get the plug in resistors. I got the wrong ones but Lasfit's customer service is awesome and very helpful. Problem got fixed as soon as I got ahold of them. Response the next day.

customer service is not very helpful when it comes to replacing item that the post office lost do not offer any overnight shipping did you not offer anything. Just be aware if you don't receive your item I recommend just canceling it and going with another manufacture.

Lasfit has always been my go to for led bulbs. I used them for my maxima, q50, and my wife's highlander. They've always stood by their product and have always provided me with quality service. I highly recommend using them for all of your led bulb needs for any vehicle.

Amazing products! Exactly what I needed and expected! Everything was great from start to finish! Even when I had a small issue with a bulb, they sent me another set quickly and let me keep the other as a spare bulb! I will continue to use their products on all my vehicles!

Great customer service! I ordered a pair of LED signal lights and one of them did not work. Without hesitation Lasfit sent me a new pair and told me to keep the other as a spare. They have even followed up with me to make sure the new pair worked properly! Fantastic customer service!

Excellent customer service, I had ordered the wrong item only to contact Lasfit, and within the same day they responded back to me, telling me how to return the item, and upon me sending them a tracking number, they mailed out the correct item and received it before the said date. I ordered blinker bulbs for my SUV, I ordered the wrong ones for the front blinkers. Emailed customer service and they offered to exchange them no problem even provided me with a paid packing slip for the exchange. Fast and friendly with great customer service and high quality bulbs that eliminate the hyper flash issue. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

Customer service is fantastic! If you have a question or concern Kiki will get an answer or a solution that exceeded my expectations. The lights are high quality and built very good. I ordered low beam lights, brake lights, reverse interior bulbs that are way better than stock halogens, that are very bright and super easy to install. If you want a great product with the support Lasfit is the only FIT!

Great products and great customer service! I purchased for 3Gen Tundra and 5thGen 4Runner. They feel very high quality only time will tell. You can't go wrong with Lasfit! Competitive prices and they are on it when it comes to delivery. Like I said earlier their customer service is awesome! They care about making things right, even if you make the mistake of ordering pair of the wrong bulbs like I did.

FIRST THING, FANTASTIC LIGHTS THAT MAKE NIGHT LOOK LIKE DAYLIGHT. AS FOR ME HAD ONE BLOW OUT AFTER 11 MONTHS. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SENT ANOTHER TO ME RIGHT AWAY. JUST HAD TO SEND PICTURE OF WIRES CUT ON BROKEN LIGHT TO PROVE I CHANGED IT WHICH WAS NO BIG DEAL. TOLD MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEIR LIGHTS AND A FEW HAVE BOUGHT THEM AND ARE HAPPY THEY DID IT. Horrible customer service. I thought I ordered the wrong lights. I attempted to get a hold of someone, no one got back to me until I sent a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint. Since I didn't hear back. I ordered the lights again. They finally contact me and say I ordered the right ones first so I returned the second order, which cost more. I specifically said to refund me for the last order I placed, that is what I sent back for $69.99 but no they refunded me from the first time when I got a discount for $59.00. They did the complete opposite of what I asked. It's been so horrible working with them. I don't recommend them to anyone, Horrible company.

I do not know how this company works or why they are still in business. May be they are good in led light bulbs but definety not anything else. I pre ordered a floor mat for Jeep as they claim they manufacture. They have due date June 8th and I was keen to let them know that I will be waiting for my items and they suppose to charge me when they ship that was not the case. They charged me and till today there is no delivery and no one care in this company. They just raise lmoney for products they do not have and may be they are running a big scam. For anyone who want to buy or deal with this company do not pay like me on advance for something that is not there, wyou will only get the run around Today
