Lasershiplasership does not deliver

Lasership was supposed to deliver my 2-day delivery package from The order was placed on Tuesday, Sept 5, 2017 before 12pm-with a delivery date from Lasership of Thursday Sept 7th. The delivery date then changed to Friday (no explanation)-on Friday, Sept 8th, Lasership entered a false claim of an "exception" that they couldn't deliver to my address. Mind you, FedEx and USPS were able to successfully deliver packages-I was home on Friday, there was no delivery attempt. The "exception" is that Lasership cannot deliver their packages. I called Walmart Friday evening to discuss the issue-Lasership stated via email tracking update that they'd deliver on Saturday, Sept 9th. It is Saturday and now Lasership is stating it will deliver on Monday, Sept 11th. A 2-day delivery has now turned into a 5-day delivery!! Walmart guarantees 2-day delivery-this is why we shop on that site, we need our items in a timely fashion. This is the second time I've had this issue and have contacted Walmart to discontinue shipping via Lasership since they CANNOT deliver the promised 2-day delivery Walmart guarantees. Lasership has a lot of complaints and nothing seems to be changing. I've told Walmart if they continue to use Lasership, I will cancel my orders and have since informed other Walmart customers of Laserships failures (many have the same experiences). Walmart has sent the complaints to their supervisors regarding the need to suspend their relationship with Lasership. Only use FedEx or UPS. The leadership facility that delivers to me is located in Ridgewood, NY; I'm in Brooklyn-nothing was preventing that timely delivery except the incompetence of Lasership!

    Order via Woot and paid via Amazon prime so far so good received e-mail package would be delivered on Monday Sept 9, 2019 was home all day and waited they have my phone number and should have arrangements to have the gate code as UPS Fedex etc have or call me for gate code, driver claimed at 8:23 pm he couldn't get in and just left, Tuesday September 10 package out for delivery at 7:00 am received phone call at 2:30 pm that driver needs gate code
    okay gave it to dispatcher to pass on to driver wait until 3:30 pm called and told driver is 15 miles away and couldn't get in via gate and told package will be delivered tomorrow [censored] called back to 800 number and now am waiting for driver to return sometime this evening seems like a simple delivery what kind of [censored]s work for Laser Ship anyway

    I’ve ordered through also. Lasership delivered my first package just fine. I ordered my daughter a new coat for Christmas. Was suppose to be here yesterday according to my email from Walmart. Lasership tracking said the 3rd was delivery schedule. I checked today and left an email yesterday to them and now they lost my package and it’s an exception. So angry they would do this.
