Ordered online, the confirmation email gave me a different size than i intended to or ordered. I tried to change it within their one hour window. They refused saying it can not be changed. I read their policy to them. She put me on hold and I've been on hold over an hour waiting to hear from someone about changing the size. 11/7/25 11:30 They will not change the order.

Desired outcome: simply change the skirt size before it ships
