I live at 9800 n 27th one mile north of I-80, not sure if this is the correct place to do this. I have several complaints about the lack of gravel and or rock on my road. Not only is it dangerous its hard to keep my vehicles from looking like I was out four wheeling. I get tired of scooping mud out of my garage after my wife gets home from work. The director of children and youth in Lancaster is a total liar. She is making things up to make the agency look good and family's look bad. She and caseworkers under her said whatever they needed to lies and more lies. Making things up and then stating they are facts. There is never any fact checking from these people. They do and say whatever they want to be able to take peoples children. This agency is corrupt through and through. They are abusing their power and taking advantage of their positions. It appears that they have nobody outside the agency to answer to. These people are ripping children from their homes and everyone they know and love and traumatized them for the rest of their lives. They are violating our rights and the rights of others all based on lies. They have to be stopped. I have no idea how these people our getting away with this other then them praying on the poor who can't afford legal representation. They then come in and steal their children away and don't tell you anything about them.

Lancaster children and youth violated our entire family's rights. They deemed our entire family including aunts, uncles and grandparents on both sides of our family all unfit to get my grandchildren. They are not here to help people or to keep family's together. It's run mostly by young girls that have no children of their own or even know the first thing about children. The woman that runs children and youth is the most unprofessional ignorant woman I've ever met. While I'm court she screamed at the family like some kind of maniac and put our family business out for everyone in the courthouse to hear. They had one goal and one goal only right from the start and that was to take our children away from everyone they know and love and put them into foster care. Why would they do that when they had an entire family that wants and loves these children more then anything and all willing to take the children? They literally stalked us. They treated the whole family like we are the scum of the earth. They had no respect for us or the children. They are supposed to be helping families but all's they do is destroy them. My heart is so broken. My grandchildren were here one day and gone the next because of these monsters. They never once treated the children even like people with feelings. They have been moved all around from place to place. Nobody cares in that organization about those kids or what they have put and are still putting them through. The entire case was handled so poorly. They straight out lied in their report about many of the things that they were holding against us. They also included information that was totally irrelevant to anything to do with the case whatsoever in an effort to make the parents look as bad as they possibly could. I'm very offended by the things they said and the fact that they lied and were not able to prove most of what they were reporting because it just wasn't true. We have proof of most of things he things they lied about and would be happy to share with anyone to prove what we are saying. Nobody will listen to us at all and nobody wants to hear our side of what's going on. People just blindly listen and believe them because they should be people we can respect and look up to. Unfortunately that is not true for the Lancaster children and youth. We tried to go through the proper channels to complain about what we first thought just must be a problem with the caseworker but only found out that the corruption runs deep and the whole way up the chain of command in the Lancaster office. When I met the woman running the place it became perfectly clear why that place is run the way it is. She needs fired for the things she has done and a complete overhaul done to that office. I can go on and include so many examples and show proof to my claims. Anybody that will listen we would be more then happy to meet with you to continue with our claims and allegations we have against them. They have to be stopped before they destroy more families and more children get put through the living hell that my grandchildren had to endure at the hands of the people whose job is to save and protect children. That's not at all what is happening. I have so much to say I couldn't begin to include it all here. If there is anybody that still believes in doing the right thing please feel free to call us at any time regarding this matter. Now we get to spend all our money on lawyers and legal fees to fight to bring our children back home where they belong all because children and youth playing god with our kids lives. They have their mind already made up before they ever even know the situation.

I also forgot to add I called the supervisor and still never got a call back... But you send a cop out... And the guy the sent out is a friend of my oldest grandson that lives with his other grandma.. Which are theses brothers... Of my 3... The guy is friends with other grandma and her daughter... Hmm conflict of interest... My daughter messed her life up and put theses kids threw he_... Please don't let her continue too try and mess there life up.. They have been stable since they are here... Oh and the stuff in my garage is stuff of grandpa that passed away and my uncle and I are in charge of dealing with all his belongings... I'm trying to get threw our own stuff before he passed.. So some is ours.. But it's not all over in side just garage...

August 2019 my son was taken from me under false allegations why he's been in their care my son has been mentally physically and sexually abused and drugged while being under their care my son was falsely accused that later on in February 2001 his charges were expunged and they still hold him now they have me taking drug and alcohol classes they have me doing parenting capacity classes they have me doing groups as if I was ever in their system for any kind of report that does not exist now this all started as me filing a report towards my child when he was 14 now I'm trying to keep my family together because they're trying to take my girls as well nobody's hearing me I feel so discriminated because of my race my case worker also had an affair with my husband I do have proof of what happened to my son wow and much more please help me reunify my family at once stop this insanity

Received a visit from someone here claiming they received a report. We do not even have children. We are appalled and do not need any additional issues during this time. They just show up at your door step and we are just wondering why, what, where did they get this information. It is baffling. We feel very much targeted and we would just like to live peacefully. We do not know why our information was in their hands in the first place. I called the supervisor couple of times and left a message, never got a call back.

The Cys worker assigned to my case, didn't do his job to help reunify my son and I. He wouldn't let me visit my son without coming to the office, but there was no reason for that. He never refereed me for the parenting classes, they said I had to take in order to complete the process. He couldn't provide me with any helpful resources and used my mental health and past against me after he sat in at my psychiatrist evaluation. I did a bonding assessment with my son and by law I was supposed to have someone there to represent me.
They used that against me as well. The judge talked to my son and in the paperwork they gave me on the day of court, said all these false allegations my son told him. I know my son would never say those things or lie on me like that.
My appointed attorney bullied me into signing over my rights by yelling at me saying I would lose if I fought them in court for my son back. She said that I should give my son a gift and let him stay where he is stable and has siblings. I ran out of time and I made the decision to sign over my rights. The foster parents agreed to do a post adoption agreement. They lied and I went to see my son on his birthday and the neighbor told me that they moved to Florida. I'm devastated.
