My car damaged in under ground parking area it's security mistake & careless and
we talk to manager he didn't mind
the words management never mind and. management and security never mind they have not take care no response . so the management want to repair my car .I want to justice that's all. Further I will take action against you.

I am calling from overseas (Australia) to get the amount of Silver products. The contact provided in the Lalithaa jewelry online is of T.Nagar Branch (https://www.lalithaajewellery.com/contact-us/) as per this link. Very poor response and rude answers from the girl staff who attended the call. Did not expect such a cheap behavior from them.
If not interested to attend the calls and service, please remove the contact number from the online. It will not be confusing the customers and no need to get their frustration. Very very very cheap and bad behavior.

Regarding chit payment of LBGKBKBUAJ004844
In reference to captioned matter, this is to inform you that we had paid a chit erroneously to your mysore account instead of the nagar in the month of FEB 2019.
We have complained one month back regarding the same in lalitha jewellers malleswaram Bangalore, where we our chits have been initiated. Till now it has not been reconciled even after continuous follow up.
This is our last month and we need to buy the ornament but we are unable to buy as the amount is not credited to respective branch.
Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

unethical behaviour
My name Pradeep Inaganti mobile ([protected])chit schemes did not explained correctly and suggested us to keep in open (Rate not fixed). we have waited up to seven long months we lost our valuable money and time just because of your unethical behavior. And your company's tag line is "NO ONE GETS EASY MONEY"
after talking to your employees they are saying that we are helpless sir sorry, and i ended up the chit scheme with purchasing a 8 gram gold coin in the season of high rates. who would look into this issue and whom would compensate my lost time and money...

Last week we went to Lalitha jewellery tnagar branch. We could see a free roaming rat in the shop. Which byted myself & my sis in billing section during 9 pm. Customer service was poor
They didn't even take responsibility for that. When we asked, they just told sorry & they are seeing rat first time in shop. Further they irritated us by saying what can dey do for that.. That too they were very eager in collecting the balance cash from us. Customer service was too poor.. When we further asked how can they be irresponsible, then they are saying rat byte is very common ... No need to worry. For safety please consult doctor but it's not necessary .
Please don't go Lalitha jewellery..

Poor customer service. These people behave as if they are gonna give for free.. None is interested to show the designs... No proper response including the store supervisor. Never will go to This bloody shop again... Made a mistake in investing in Chit with this Jeweller. Bloody they don't know how to behave to a customer... Now I hate the Add too. None from my family and friends circle will go there...

Hi,
I took the Bangarum Bandam membership card on 9th Sep 2018 for 5, 000. I got a bonus amount on the same day. Next month I did not pay assuming that it is not required. I have been paying since Nov'18 month countinuosly 5, 000 on each month (8th Nov, 8th Dec and 1st Jan). Reference No for Nov bill ([protected] (Rs 2, 500), [protected] (Rs2, 500)). Reference No for Dec bill [protected](Rs2, 500) [protected] (Rs 2, 500)). Reference No for Jan bill ([protected] (Rs2, 500), [protected] (Rs2, 500)).
Person from Lalith Jewellers called me in Jan'19 and said that one membership card is not being paid and the ornament has to be taken for the amount paid in the first month.
When I contacted the Somajiguda branch in Hyd, the reply was very ridiculously saying that "Come on weekdays and come after pongal holidays as the concerned person is not available".
Please look through the matter as soon as possible.

parking
i went to the shop after parking my vehicle to purchase a Mookuthi which they said that the size and model was not availale at lalitha jwellery.
So we came and went to the next shop and purchased the same and returned within half an hour to the parking lot, The persons in the parking lot shouted as if they were hooligans. We could not understand why they were shouting for. they said that if we did not purchase for their shop then immediately it terminates the relation between us and lalitha jwellery and we were immdiately expected to move away our vehicle and they claimed that our first duty should be to drive out of parking lot, but actually our first choice was to purchase there only . It may be a mistake but the words used by those arrogant fellows made us feel never to enter laltha jwellery ever in our lives
Lalitha Jewellery - poor service
Hi Sir/Madam, I have ordered bracelet at Lalitha Jewellery mart for my sister's marriage on 05th January 2014. Sales rep Mr.Ramesh ([protected]) promised me to deliver bracelet in 20 days, but now near to 30 days crossed and they are still not sure when they can deliver. Their advertising wastage 7% for most of the jewel's, but i got billed for 9% wastage...
