First of all I had purchase a pair of sectional with a new employee who is no longer worker with The company right after I purchased from her. this store is located in Waco Tx. I took my time to pick a fabric during my time of purchase. They looked a way different color and feel with I saw a piece of fabric on their example book. They forgot to mention on special orders there’s no return policy of u lose 30% of your money. My reason of being so disappointed is that the fabric smelled so baldly it still have an odor after having them for a year. The fabric feels so rough and the color I picked in the store its not the same. I wanted a light color almost off white to a grey tone well at home they look yellowish. I called the store right after I received them and they pretty much said they can’t do nothing for me on special orders even if customers are not satisfied.. its a take it as it is and nothing more. I paid $6,000 before tax I’m so disappointed they couldn’t help me or understanding. I have a sectionals no one in my family wants to sit on. They so ugly in color and fabric it wasn’t what I expected now I am stuck with them. If I sell them I lose a lot of money which we couldn’t afford in the first place. I even opened a lazy boy credit card I am still pay for a Hugh purchase I hate and should of never made.
