I order furniture from the above company on 10/24/20 and took delivery on 6/21/2021. On 9/2022 I Called the company and stated that the furniture is not build correctly and back is falling down and there's not enough cushion in the arms. I was told by customer service that my warranty was expired. I informed the Customer Service, my sales person "Steve" told me and my husband that we have a lifetime warranty on my furniture. The customer service person stated, that don't what Steve said, but we don't have a lifetime warranty. I told her can she pulled the video and audio from our sales date to show he told us we have a lifetime warranty and she said no. So I think there telling customer this and now the customer is out of the money and the warranty. I've been trying to solve this problem for a year now. This is Fraud. Unfair practices.
