Kwik Trip review: Customer service
It seems crazy to say, but I frequent 2 different Kwik Trip stores. Regularly, I am met with poor customer service by disrespectful associates who don't seem to understand the fundamentals of customer service. May it be making you wait, or talking over their headsets instead of dealing with the person in front of them, or associates gossiping amongst each other instead of working... sheesh. It's a constant thing. This will be my 4th complaint to kwik trip regarding their customer service (submitting on their site shortly). No wonder these clowns have fallen from 1st -> 3rd in terms of convenience store rankings.
Desired outcome: I would love for there to be some accountability - any whatsoever - for the associates who poorly represent the establishment and literally anger customers. Angering customers is not good customer service...
