The store on Broad street, Richmond VA. has a sign up that says drive through only. When I knocked on the door for an explanation a very rude little girl cracked the door open and said drive through only and immediately closed the door back shut. I knocked on the door again to ask for an explanation and she cracked the door open again and said drive through only and immediately shut it back again. I’m hard pressed to remember a time when someone in retail has treated me with such incredible disrespect. It also didn’t help to see employees on break in the lobby.
