Kolors Health Care Indianeed refund as I am not interested in treatment

I was searching for PRP treatment for hair in google, and gone through Kolors and it was mentioned as calculate price for treatment, there it was asking for my details, and I didn't even get the price, but later the very next day mrng I got a call from a person named Suresh working in Gachibowli Kolors, he asked me just to come to their camp as there is camp going on and we just check your issues and there will be no charges for this. I went there and they checked my scalp and told me that it would require a Hair transplant or PRP with Dermaroller, I asked about the cost of the treatment, the doctor didn't revealed and the person Suresh came and he explained me the cost of the treatment is 15k per each session and it will be around 1lakh for the total of 6 sessions, I said I can't afford that much, and I was about to leave, then that person suddenly mentioned that we are having 60% off now we will sort this and provide you the treatment for just 40k. Still I said I'm not having that much money I'm a student I need to get confirmation from my parents, he said ok and asked me my debit card, I had only 2k in it. He asked me for the pin to check if there are any offers available on this card, I thought he will just check the discount or something but suddenly after entering my pin he said that loan of 40k has been initiated in this card. I was helpless at that time. I got a call from the feedback team I explained them this entire scene and they mentioned that they will give refund. But after that I didn't get any mail or call, I called to the helpline I continuously gives a response like we are waiting for next available agent but there was no response from them yet. Please don't visit this place.
