Kivel & Howard

I was referred to Kivel Howard by Legal Shield, who I signed up with for a membership. I was supposed to get a call from an attorney within 24 hours, but it took them TWO WHOLE DAYS. The attorney who took my case was not very helpful and took days to get back to me. I never got the chance to change attorneys because it took them so long to assign me one, and when they finally did, my request to change was ignored. They also promised to write a letter on my behalf to the company I wanted compensation from, but that never happened. They didn't even suggest what I should write myself. They were lazy, rude, and unprofessional. I tried to contact someone about my rights and recourse, but as a low-income person, I expected Legal Shield to fight for me. But it seems like they're just trying to scam hard-working people like all the other law agencies out there.
