Kits Kitchen Bath and Floors

Service was terrible. They don't call back. Someone came to measure my kitchen a month ago and still no quote. Every time I call, they give me the runaround. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

I had Kits Kitchen Bath and Floors Ltd. do a renovation on my main bathroom and powder room. They gave me an invoice in May with some charges listed, and said it would take three weeks to complete. But it ended up taking until July 30th. During the project, we decided to keep our medicine cabinet and add labor for tiling. We also used leftover tile to do the powder room wall. The project was difficult with long delays and ordering errors, but we were told we had to live with it. When the owner came for payment on July 28th, we asked for a final invoice with debits and credits. He was resistant, and there was some arguing. Eventually, we agreed to withhold 10% of the payment until the deficiencies were corrected. On August 19th, we got the final invoice with the additions. We asked for an explanation of why the cost of tiling the powder room was more than the large main shower. When the owner called for payment, we were busy and couldn't talk. We left a check at the door and emailed him to pick it up. Payment was the easiest way to avoid more problems, but we still want an explanation of the charges.

Kits Kitchen Bath and Floors Ltd. did my ceiling and three bathrooms and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them. Ken is a great carpenter and a nice guy. Even owner Mike was always pleasant to deal with. If anyone needs updating, etc., please get these guys. You won't be disappointed.
