We ordered several items from Bath Select must say they have Nice faucet with great designs. The items were shipped pretty fast compared to other store I used to order from. Overall everything came as expected with good packaging and complete installation instructions. My plumber said this was an easy installation as everything came with these fixtures.

I would highly recommend Bath Select.

As a customer who had the unfortunate experience of ordering a faucet for a commercial project from BathSelect, I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. After waiting for more than 4 months, I have not received the faucet that I ordered, despite being given a seemingly never-ending 2-3 week lead time and false hope.

To make matters worse, I had to resort to ordering from a different company who not only overnighted the faucets free of charge, but also delivered them to me in perfect mint condition the very next day. As a result, I requested a refund from BathSelect a month ago, and up until now, I have not received any updates on the status of my refund.

In my opinion, BathSelect is a completely inept and incompetent company that seems to have no regard for customers or their money. I can't help but think that they are engaging in fraudulent activities by taking customers' money and then neglecting to process returns.

In light of all this, I strongly advise anyone reading this not to do business with BathSelect. There are plenty of other companies out there who can offer much better products and services without the frustration and disappointment that comes with dealing with a company like BathSelect.
