We had an annual payment/license use agreement for 2 years and then, without notice, we noticed we were being billed monthly. The annual contract amount was $250. The monthly charges are now $149, $1788/year. More than 7x what we were paying for previously without a change in contract, without notice, without anything indicating WHY the increase. Just a response of..."This is the direction we are going". No value added and they don't even answer the phone when called. Unacceptable and perhaps illegal? They have you over a barrel with their hardware.
Desired outcome: Honoring of the annual contract or at the very least a REASONABLE increase (I'm a business owner. I get the need to increase charges from time to time), with an explanation of the reason for the increase.
