Harry is very well informed about fire safety and their products. His visit was very helpful to us and their concern for my family's safety is much appreciated and i highly recommend him to all of pur friends and family. So many mindblowing eye openers! I had no idea for my entire life that most smoke detectors in our society are just made for the minimum requirements and that almost all of the regular detectors which we hold in our home to protect our family have close to only a 50% reliability rate. Thanks to Aaron D I will now be properly protecting my home for my family. Peace of mind at it's best!

and the *** with fire safety quizzes and videos of cremated dead corpses of people "who were unprotected", then refusing to leave for over 3 hrs without a signed order for $8000 of "smart sensors" *** is at worst a total *** and at best very sharp practice. Add to that a company name that comes up on caller display as CDN Coast Health during a pandemic ***. Interested to discover how my ID will be validated, and my relationship with this company validated when I submit this review...

I have had the pleasure of knowing Eugene for a little bit. I would highly recommend Coast Health & Home Solutions for the products, service and customer service it offers. Amazing product with even more amazing service. During these uncertain times when our homes have become places where we spend most of our time. It is now even more important to make sure that our homes are protected. Highly recommend using Coast Health & Home Solutions to protect your home from Fire and Theft. Love that face that you can speak to someone versus getting getting automated service and someone to talk to if you have question. Great company, great crew, great service and great products. Mardi O convinced me to get the omnishield, At first I was like na what ever another sells guy here with his cheap stuff you know and I honestly I wasn't going to get this but then again Mardi convinced me to try it so I sure did and I am glad I did with in a month later I had my kitchen sink and the water pipes leak early in the morning just before I was about to leave work the system went off and I got a text tell me exactly where it was which was great I was able to shut the water off clean the mess up which saved me lots in damages and carried on to work. later that day come home and fixed everything up so yah now I like this system and would say everyone should have one in there house. Me & my Partner were recommended to use the company by friends as we recently located to White Rock from During Covid times it is really hard to book any appointments but nevertheless I fugue I try. Was surprised to hear that someone live answered the call and was very informative on the phone. Took the time to answer all the questions and we were offered next day appointment. Received a call an hour before the appointment to confirm and someone showed up 15 min prior. Person came wearing a mask was courteous, polite and informative. After the installation process took 30 min to answer countless questions we had. I would highly recommend the company for being professional, punctual, courteous, great customer service and over all an amazing product.

I have just had a very bad and stressful experience with this company. They had all my personal information as I received the cold call and they offered a gift outright. The sales people seemed very knowledgeable and professional and personable. They did a great job of selling the need for the ***. The many video showings of fires and loss of life made me ripe for needing the best fire protection. They installed my sensors before I had time to even think about the costs and ramifications. At first opportunity I voiced my concerns. I didn't know what was installed, there was no original packaging, care instructions, manuals or warranty info. I couldn't tell if the sensors were even new. Eugene promised the warranties had all been filed for me and he would mail the manuals ... nothing ever came to me. The stall was on and the contract time lapsed. I wanted the sensors removed. We had a couple of discussions and I was offered a discount to keep them. I went for that option at first but then preferred the other option to pay the $300. restocking fee and be done with them. I did think the Company would do the honourable thing, they had my charge card info all along, but Eugene refused to return my phone calls or emails and my wishes were ignored. Once I did research on the company and the *** I found they are the sole distributer here, they are extremely overpriced for what they are and the price fluctuates depending on who you are and if you give up personal contacts. When things went wrong for me with this company I did tell them I felt it was my duty to warn as many people away as I could.

Tonight i met Levi from Canadian Coast Health Home Solutions who presented his company, their services and products. Levi is professional, patient, friendly and very accommodating. I *** did see the need for home safety measures including: smoke, heat and water detectors. After approx. 3.5 hrs of the presentation and the time of installation i can rest secure in the knowledge that for me, i have the safest home in Canada. I believe the call this afternoon from the company asking if they could visit tonight was timely and divinely appointed. This past while my mind has been occupied with thoughts of what to do in the event of a fire, how to get out, how do i rescue and save my cat along with myself. ***. I was trying to convince myself that with the regular smoke detectors in place in the kitchen and back hallway and with the possible addition of a smoke detector I was safe. During the presentation i realized i wasn't and was convinced that i needed some form of the offered system in place. After speaking with Levi's manager and reviewing my budgetary concerns they designed a plan that met my needs and provided the assurance and peace i was seeking. It is now much later than any of us planned but everything is now in place and i can rest easy tonight knowing i am safe. Thank you *** for answering my unspoken prayer and meeting my every need. Thank you to everyone at Canadian Coast Health Home Solutions for working with me in this transaction.

I'm writing cuz my mom *** used CDN Coast Health guys and it was bad. They were way late and just talked and talked for 3 hours about safety stuff that she doesn't really even need. When she wanted them to leave, then they pulled out papers for her to sign for an expensive system. The next day she thought about it and decided it was too expensive and not necessary. She emailed them on the 4th to cancel and even sent registered mail to make it official. They didn't acknowledge it until she called them a bunch of times. Even then, they didn't wanna give her back her cheque or say that they got her cancellation. They only said they'd do it later. It wasn't until she emailed them again on the 10th threatening to tell the ComplaintsBoard.com that they said that they got it and she could get her cheque if she made an appointment. It's no good that they make you cancel by registered mail and don't let you just do it by phone or email like most places. They also tried to convince my mom not to cancel and the story about her cheque changed. I think they target old people to take their money. We're taking their email to the bank to make sure they don't charge us and they better return that cheque like they promised. They're located at *** if you need to know.

We bawt *** system on December 15. They sez that this smart system won't go off for no reason while we iz cooking, which is way different from da regular smoke alarms. We got six alarms and if one goes off, all of them does too. But then on December 17, my cooking set off da alarms and it wuz really loud and scary. When we called da salesperson, Kahan S, he said someone would be in touch but nobody ever called back. Then it happened again on December 23 and dis time our neighbors were complaining too. We called Kahan again and he gave us Eugene's number and said he would help us. Eugene said we missed da 10 day deadline and we couldn't cancel da contract. He said we should have contacted him first instead of Kahan. We tried to explain but he said it was our fault and not da company's. On da app we downloaded, Kahan wuz listed as our Safety Advisor and we were told to call him if we had any problems. We just want to cancel dis $12,384 purchase cuz it don't work like it wuz supposed to. Now we cook with da doors and windows open in da winter for our little kids.
