fraudulently removing payments
I ended my service with Kingston online in Feb. of 2017. Looked closely at my bank statement last week and I see that they are still accessing the pre-authorized payment of 50.79 per month. This adds up to 751.00 for service I have not had and had cancelled. last year. Kingston online told me they are not paying me back because I didn't sign a cancellation form. I did sign the form when I went in to their office the beginning of March when I moved.
So KOS is calling me a liar and NOT reimbursing my money.
DO NOT get internet services from KOS. Their accounting practices are terrible and so is their customer service. I have called a lawyer, the bank has opened an investigation and you will read about this on social media.
