Kingsdown review: My mattress ( 1 comment)

We purchased a mattress made by Kingsdown Mattress, however it has been right at two years from the time of purchase. My husband and I, are disabled and neediing to have a new mattress soon as possible. It saggs, we feel the springs sticking us in the back or when we turn over. in the past we've had mattresses, that has lasted us for ten years ! from different mattress companies of course! We just don't understand why this mattress made by Kingsdown, isn't holding it's value? I have read lots of bad reveiws in reference to this company, familiar complaints. We're seeking a refund, to wear as my husband and i can purchase another mattress from a different company. Neither my husband or myself can left the mattress our family member has to come rotate the mattress every two months for us. at this point there's no other comfortable spot, on this mattress to be slept on.

My husband, has spent time in the Iraq, and he has back pain, leg pain, knee pain,PTSD. He has to have a more comfortable mattress to sleep on, in order to have proper rest to function each day however, we thought Kingsdown Mattress was the perfect fit! This mattress just hasn't held up! or held it's value.
