Don't bother with Killingsworth Environmental for pest control. They don't have the right stuff to handle spiders. My bushes and windows are always covered in webs and I got bit by a bunch of spiders while cleaning the yard. Had to go to the doc. They deserve a zero for pest control. And good luck trying to reach the boss. They put you on hold forever and never get back to you. This company is a joke. They just want your money and don't care about your problems.

We hired Killingsworth to kill some ants, but they didn't do a good job. We've used them for 10 years, but last year we had ants and bugs coming into the house again and again, even after using Killingsworth. So this year we decided to do it ourselves. We tried many different granules and powders, but the ants stayed there. Finally, we called Killingsworth for a one-time service for $169.00. Two days later, the ants were just as bad as before. The nest in the dirt at the bottom of the tree was filled with ants. We called Killingsworth again, but they said we had to buy their yearly package for them to come back. They just spray water and make $169.00 for 20 minutes of work that doesn't work. Then they say, "Oh, you want a good job? Spend $400.00 more dollars and then we'll come back." This is a total scam. They came last Thursday, and now on Tuesday, the ants are just as bad. Don't use Killingsworth.

This company is a total rip-off! They didn't do a good job and never kept me in the loop. I finally decided to cancel my service, but they said I had to pay the rest of the bill or keep using them. I looked at the contract and saw there was no way out. When I called to cancel, they sent me to a manager who couldn't help me and then to another one. The second manager was so rude to my partner on the phone and even called her a bad word. I finally got an email with the cancellation terms, but I'm so glad I moved to *** where the service is much better. Don't waste your time or money with Killingsworth!

I called Killingsworth Environmental to get rid of pests in my new home. They sprayed inside and outside, but I still have ants in my yard and spiders in my house. They said to wait two weeks, but nothing changed. When I asked for a refund of the $249 I paid and to cancel my contract, they refused and told me I had to pay $688. I've only been with them for two weeks and I'm already done with them. They were supposed to kill any pests I had, but they didn't.

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Killingsworth Environmental. My neighbor told me about them and I thought it sounded like a good deal - pay a monthly fee and they'll come take care of any pest problems. But let me tell you, it's been a real pain in the butt. We've had to take off work multiple times for them to come out, only to have them not show up or say they can't spray inside the house (which is where we really need it). We've paid almost $450 for less than 4 visits and it's just not worth it. We've had better luck with other pest control companies in the past.

I stopped using Killingsworth Environmental in February , but they kept charging me even after I canceled. I had to cancel my card to stop the charges. My house sitter signed for the service, but I was the one being charged. I signed up because of bugs, but I had to keep calling for extra treatment and even had to buy extra sprays. The original agreement was emailed to me, but it wasn't even my signature. The technician who came out was unprofessional and creepy. My house sitter called to complain, but he kept coming back. When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I kept getting the runaround on the phone. I'm still getting bills even though I canceled.

I had a contract with Killingsworth for bug spray for a year. When it was about to expire in July, I called them in the middle of June to set up new service. The lady on the phone was really rude and told me that I didn't expire until July, so why was I calling now? I just wanted to get it set up for July since it was only two weeks away. They treated two of my properties, but I only talked to them about one because of how rude she was. On July 14, they texted me saying they were coming out to do treatment on both houses. I called to find out what was going on, and they said it was for my renewal. I told them to come and do the termite inspection on my home, but I wasn't sure if I wanted the rental home done at this time. Today, on 7/19, they called me asking about the service on the rental home, and I told them I hadn't decided if I was going to stay with them or go with the company I have now for my home. Suddenly, they want to charge me a cancellation fee of $40.75. No way.

Killingsworth didn't do what they said they would in my tri-annual service agreement. Supposed to get 3 treatments from Sep20-Sep21 but only got 1 full treatment, a half treatment in Jan21 & after reminding them, a less than half treatment in May21. Both times they scheduled last minute (got a text on 12/31 for 01/04) so the tech couldn't get in & customer service didn't help reschedule. They didn't even schedule the 3rd treatment for August because I said I didn't want to renew the contract because of the bad service. They still charged me ($39/month) to finish the billing cycle. I talked to Regional Sales Mgr, Chris M but he ignored my complaint about the service & payment. I want $312 back of the $468 I paid because they didn't do the whole job like they were supposed to.

I got a contract with KW to keep termites away. They want to up my cost by 27% to keep the warranty. I've been with them for 18 years. I used to pay $416 at my old place and $460 at my new place. They told me I had to get a new Sentricon product for $350 to keep the warranty. They didn't give me any other options. They said it's a lifetime product, but the old one needed a boost every 5-7 years for $300. I gave in because I thought it would save me money. I got the $350 install and now they want me to sign a new contract for $49 a month. Candace O said it's forever! That's $588 a year, or $128 more (27.8% more!). It's not fair because I have to keep the warranty. I'm mad and I haven't signed the contract.

I hit up Killingsworth to help me get rid of a big ol' wasp nest chillin' in the eave of my crib. I sent 'em some pics and we talked about where it was at, and they said they could handle it. The dude they sent out said he'd spray the nest and to give it 10 days before hollerin' if there was still activity. The report they sent me said the same thing. But after 10 days, the wasps were still buzzin' around. I emailed Killingsworth to ask for another treatment, but they didn't hit me back. I kept emailing and still no response. I even called 'em and left a message sayin' this was some BS and asked for a refund or for them to come take care of it. But they still haven't said anything. I want my $200 back 'cause the nest is still there and the wasps are still hangin' out. I don't want 'em comin' back to my place.

Me and my wife had Killingsworth for over 18 months and it was a disaster from the start. We still had bugs and spiders and no one ever came to help. We have auto renewal for annual payments in March but get no heads up. For the past 6 months we have pleaded with emails, my wife has called, trying to complain and cancel. No one ever comes by and asks how's it going? We have sent emails only to get return reply of that email does not exist. I called today to again cancel. They said I had to pay over 100$ because that is the contract. When asking what does that cover, Nya said that's in the contract? No service, nothing! The last time she said they came to the house was in May for a courtesy call. We had no knowledge, no paperwork left, nothing. For all we know someone drove past and that's it! We still have spiders, ants. When asking why no one ever got back to use, Nya simply stated we had lots of changes, email changes and phone changes, sorry. Sorry? I'm an Icu physician, my wife is an OR nurse, we help people, save lives, put our lives at risk during this pandemic, and all this company can say is sorry, we understand... now please pay. They are scammers, crooks, unscrupulous liars, who have no idea what it takes to treat people the way they want to be treated. With so many businesses folding, you would think a company would do all it can to help people and do the right thing. Many other people in our neighborhood have said they have changed because how bad they are. Please look into these companies, it's shameful and unfortunate how they don't care about people!
