We have used Green Foot for three jobs in our home in the past few weeks. We certainly recommend this company. *** was very professional when he visited our home and gave us quotes for the work, and also very helpful with additional information. All three crews that came and worked were very diligent with COVID rules and all three crews did an excellent job and also cleaned up after they finished, so no extra work left for us.

Very professional workers you could not find any more friendly and polite people showed up on time and went right to work on install very knowledgeable and kept customer informed on everything they done and no mess to clean up when they left and salesman could not be any more helpful of what unit and heads should be installed i would recommend this company to anyone and the price was lower than other companies we had quote

On install day the team arrived, gave a estimate of the install duration, cleaned up after they completed the job and finished in the estimated time given. My name is ***. I had heat pump installed with Green Foot Energy Solutions in my semidetached house in Cole Harbour. Two Technicians *** & *** came in the morning at 9.00AM They were very efficiennt and friendly. They installed 2 heat pumps in about 8 hours. They explained how to operate the pumps. They were very knowledgable and cleared all our doubts. Both pumps are woprking very good now. I will recommend Greenfoot Energy Solutions to all my friends and colleagues.

Excellent professional service from the first contact until completion of the installation of our two heat pumps , The consultation with Evan was very helpful in the decision of placement of the units and he was very quick to return the quote for the job. Leanne at the office was really great to work with and also very quick to reply to my emails. Installation day the technicians were very friendly and did a very professional installation of both units and were very informative with explaining the operation of the heat pumps

Called to have my new garage spray-foamed inside. Waited a little over a week for an estimate. Representative came here almost to the minute on appointment day. Called before arriving as I share a driveway and it can be confusing. He did his measurements and explained what type of foam to be used and where it would be applied. We agreed that he would get me a price and I preferred to receive a text message. Almost three weeks now and no reply. I see their trucks go by here regularly, including the sales rep? Bit of a waste of everybodys time.

& *** from Greenfoot insulated my attic for me in December . I am very pleased with the work that they did. They arrived at the scheduled time, were very professional, courteous, completed the work in a timely manner & cleaned up after themselves. My house is now much warmer & the insulation has solved the condensation problem we had on the upstairs ceilings. The amount I paid to have this work done was very reasonable. This year I had Steven, and his worker do an install for a heat pump. They were quick, hardworking, professional, personable and very willing to answer all questions. They were very good at Giving great help. I would not hesitate recommending Steven for an install. Even after the job was done, he offered to answer any questions and to help in any way he could in the future. . He realized the importance of good customer service, a vital part played in its importance on the success of any business. He treats customers like how he would want to be treated. That's the beauty of good customer service, and Greenfoot is very lucky to have him.

and *** from Hanwell, NB installed our much needed Heatpump today, July 22, 2022. Both were very friendly, efficient, and professional. They gave us lots of information re the heatpump and of course we had lots of questions and *** was very informative with his answers. Went over the paperwork with us and explained in full how the remote worked. They left us very much at ease and told us not to hesitate to call the office if there are any other questions that may come up after today. They were both very polite and cleaned up well after doing the work. We would recommend them highly to any of our friends. Thanks again

Greenfoot Energy Solutions has been paid in full by the finance company and now there's no Service Yetti available for me. A *** 12000BTU Installed November 29/21, broken down by 2:45am December 8/21. Called for service. Informed I was not to expect a call back regarding service for a minimum of 24hours more likely 48 hours and by the way, we don't have too many technicians in New Brunswick so it will be a minimum of 2-3 weeks wait for a service tech to come out. STAY AWAY. FAR FAR AWAY from this company. great sales people but very hostile environment for service/repair. I would expect much, much better from this company for a purchase that is only 9 days old. OH! I just recieved an email stating " the parts have been ordered, expect lengthy delays in repair service". Hey guys, I'll take it off the wall, come pick up your garbage, pay back the $4222.85 issued from Finance It on my behalf and we're done. I'll eat the 5 hours of wages lost regarding the installation and, I'LL GLADLY MOVE ON. Sincerely, ***, NB.

I had my heat pump installed in August. Everything from the quote to the installation were great. The trouble lies after the installation when you need service or the unit doesn't work properly, I have been calling and asking for someone to come have a look at my unit since September, Finally in November they sent someone to meet me at my house and he admitted to me he was not a service technician and perhaps it was the batteries in my remote. I have had to do a couple of hard resets to the unit. Still no service person has shown up after numerous calls. A couple of storms ago, the way the wind blew my unit out side got completely covered so of course it stopped working, I called and spoke to a receptionist and she told me if it was froze up to pour hot water into the until until the ice melted then restart the unit. About 40 Gallons of water later had the unit unthawed. She had assured me that I would receive a call from a technician to come have a look. 2 Weeks later still no call, i called back and her response was very frustrating. She told me that heat pumps are not made for this type of weather and that they are not covered under warranty in the winter.. I am at the end of my patience with this company, i am strongly considering pulling the unit and going with another company.

Greenfoot installed a *** 12,000 BTU heat pump in my house on Prince Edward Island on January 28th, 2022. When they did the original assessment, they assured me that a 12,000 BTU heat pump would be sufficient to heat the 600 square foot area that I wanted to heat during winter. Bottom line, it doesn't. If the temperature drops below -5 degrees Celsius the heat pump performs very poorly, even when it's cranked up. I wake up freezing cold with the area in question at about 16.6 degrees Celsius, which is only 62 degrees Fahrenheit, far less than room temperature. It took Greenfoot over a week to suggest a reboot (it didn't work) and almost a month and many phone calls to get anyone from Greenfoot to even come out and test the heat pump. When they finally did, a technician assured me that the unit is fine and was cranking out plenty of heat. The problem is, it's not fine, and it doesn't crank out plenty of heat, not even enough to heat a tiny space in winter time. I made my concerns known to Greenfoot for about the fifth time on Thursday, March 10th, explaining to the customer service representative that if the unit won't heat the small square footage in the winter time, why didn't they recommend a larger unit, for example 15,000 BTUs? She acknowledged that I made several good points and said she would pass on my concerns to someone higher up and I would be getting a call soon. Well, it's been three business days now and nothing. Since I got my heat pump as part of a provincial government grant, I suppose I have no choice but to call the government this week and tell them about my bad experience. Aside from the poor customer service, if they tell you a certain size heat pump will heat a small portion of your house in the winter, and it doesn't, that's a problem. Totally unimpressed with Greenfoot.

Greenfoot Energy Solutions Inc. is not good. Our heat pump stopped working in November and we called them. They sent someone on December 1st and said it would be fixed in a week. But three different guys came and visited us five times and we still have no heat. It's now mid-February and we're still freezing. We're not happy with their service. *** & *** Cooling

We bought a 4-port *** 4MXL36 AURORA cold-climate mini-split heat pump Supply and install, complete with 4 wall mounted indoor heads from Greenfoot Energy Solutions Inc. on May 23. We are not happy with our purchase because it doesn't work as promised, and the service standards to maintain and repair the unit we were promised at the time of sale have not been delivered as promised. On January 15th, 2022, the outdoor unit stopped working completely. We tried to contact *** but couldn't reach them until January 17th. A technician came on the 18th and put some additional refrigerant in the unit, and it started working. But it stopped working again on January 22. We left a private note on ***, and a technician came again and needed a part. The part came, but it was the wrong part. We have heard nothing from the company since. When we call, we are told someone will call us back, but no one calls back. We have been without a working heat pump for 30 days now. The owner of the company told us that after the part was fixed, we would no longer be welcome as customers of ***.
