I've gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Kilimall. They haven't been very good to me, and it seems like they might be trying to pull a fast one. I've been waiting for a refund since last year, in October, but they haven't been sending it. Honestly, I'm starting to think that they might be online fraudsters. It's not fair, and it's not right. I've tried to reach out to them, to ask what the hold up is, but they haven't been getting back to me. I FEEL LIKE THEY DON'T VALUE MY TIME AND MONEY AT ALL. PLEASE, JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, I DO NOT WANT YOUR GOODS ANYMORE. MY ORDER NUMBER IS [insert number here] AND I WANT MY SH. 8871 RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE "REASONS", BUT THEY'RE NOT HELPING ME AT ALL.
