Kijiji Canada review: Wasting time to contact Kijiji Canada for anything now

I tried to report a user giving me sexist/personal insulting remarks over 2 hours ago. After discovering that I can no longer chat or send an email to Kijiji no more, it has cost me over an hour to ask 1 simple question--- " do I report sexist/personal degrading remarks I received from a user to Kijiji ?"

My email to Kijiji.ca was bounced back also.

What a silly torturing process & experience now to contact Kijiji for help
