I contacted Kijiji Canada for some tech related help. I did all what they were asking & the issue never being even looked at since Dec 25/25 because "... since this isn’t considered a major bug on the website, it likely won’t be treated as a high-priority fix."

I am thinking, when Kijiji Canada would not have something more major & more priority to deal with at ANY given time?

Why "minor issue" will get dragged on for nearly 2 months now if not being ignored totally?

I do not understand this silly logic I was given by Kijiji Canada contrary to the very basic first come, first serve basis...

Normally you should be able to click the small arrow at the top of the column to sort your inactive ads in the correct order. If that is not working, I would like to see what you are seeing on your screen.

Can you please send me a screenshot of your inactive ads page? That will help me understand the issue and forward it to our technical team if needed.
