Kendra Scott review: reston va branch, associates are rude!

Around last week of March 2018, we went to the events of Kendra Scott, Reston VA location. We are very excited to go even if it's raining. When we entered the store no one actually greeted us. They weren't that many customer but it's more associates. We were there looking around and would really buy at least 2 pieces of jewelry. We feel that this store are very races. If you're not that really really dressed up... associates wouldn't care at all... but they know that they're loosing customers because of this unpolite, not professional associates they hired. I feel like they need to hire better people, even a manager of this location needs to be trained. And also, this location is always out of something that you want. I hope Kendra Scott herself will look at this location... all your associates are just there to stand up and not really doing their job...
