Keller Williams Realty review: Just like Pretty Woman's Julia Roberts, have $ but no one to help spend

Seeking beach community cottage, and interested in one. Contacted listing agent per ad, no answer. Called listing agent 3 times, no answer on all three and left message on third. Called listed office three times, only machine to leave message. Left message on third call. No answer, even though office hours are 9 to 5. Made appointment on Zillow with 'the agent'. No call at time of appointment. Thinking they were closed, called another affiliated agency. They took my contact info and called me back. They referred me to a whole other agency; since they could not get hold of anyone either. Had already looked up website for KW Lincoln City, Oregon and went down the list of 'LEADERS' and left messages on a few. Got a call back and spoke to a nice woman who referred me to 2 people. Got a call from a Principal Broker, who was nice and fielded my questions on property. I specifically said i did not want to deal with listing agent; since, I had a hard time getting hold of this person. Later that day, got a call from the listing agent who was rude, cut me off, and tried to take over the sale/assume the sale...even though she (according to a call i had after that) was told not to call me. I hung up on her when she became anxious at attempting to answer the questions that weren't answered in the MSL listing. I got a call simultaneously from the same Principal Broker. I returned the call asking why the listing agent called since I made it clear I would not deal with her. She said she told her not to contact me. I emailed a complaint to the Managing Principal Broker and explained what had happened. She emailed back later in the afternoon stating she was sorry and she would speak to the listing realtor. I went with the agent the KW agent at another office referred me to. It was that bad that even that agent could not refer me to anyone in the Lincoln City office.
