Keen review: Keen customer service and corp

I am an advisor on keen and I have been with keen 25 years, and I am being discriminated against by age I am 72 years old, and my site has been manipulated so badly by keen through my algorithms it has caused me a loss of over $500,000.00. I do have roof; from my 2024 transactions which show an anomaly so bad it is pitiful. They have been deliberately messing up the algorithms so I don’t get calls to the point I go days without a call my regular clients can’t call, and I have had no new callers for over weeks at a time. They know for a fact they have issues with the site and refuse to fix them. One customer service rep said if I keep complaining he will block my site when that is totally illegal. But it appears he has done so, he was the only male customer support rep at keen. To the point I will be suing keen. What he is doing is against the law, I am not an employee of keen, I am also a client to keen just as my clients are to me. They have illegally messed up my rating system I have only 4 negative reviews over the past 25 yrs and they keep dropping my point system illegally from 4.9 now down to 4.74. I gave 25 years of my life to keen just to have them manipulate the system and ruin my life because I complain about the site never getting fixed. I made over 4000 transactions a year now they have fixed the site so I only have gotten below 300 transactions this yr they are hoping I will quit and I refuse to do so. They can’t just do this to people because they feel they can, they did this also to another reader friend of mine 5 yrs ago and she had a heart attack and died. She called me saying keen is broken I said what do you mean, she said she had not gotten a call in months and she is going bankrupt, funny she was also with keen over 20 years herself too. I am now searching for an attorney to sue keen for maliciously and deliberately messing with my site and life to push me into bankruptcy and deliberately and maliciously ruin my life just because they think they can. If any people out there know of any attorneys let me know I just started looking and I was told I will find one by even professionals who say what keen is doing is illegal manipulation. Please leave comments on attorney’s names if you know of any, I just started looking and I know there is one out there that hates corporate personnel doing this to good people who have given them loyal service for over 25 years, and who never did anything wrong. If me insistent on keen fixing the site, they don’t even have phone customer service any longer, due to technical issues that is how bad the site is, which is even more proof keen needs to fix the site, instead of them deliberately and maliciously targeting loyal clients and advisors like me who speak out for justice, just to shut us up on what they are illegally doing.

to force keen.com to fix their site and get back the phone customer service for all clients on keen even us readers, to stop targeting innocent advisors who speaks up about their illegal activities against us readers and their deliberate and malicious blocking advisors sites who disagree with them and stop the emotional and actually psychical abuse by taking our pay from us through site manipulation when we complain the site isn’t working properly. To fire any rep that threatens us advisors for speaking up that they will block our sites if we complain, to bring justice to those of us who gave keen over 20 years of loyal service to keen by working 365 days a year for 25 years so keen could stay afloat, with no days off other than Christmas day and New Year’s day. Maybe even allow us advisors to start a union so keen can not continue to manipulate the system and harm us readers through our wadges and earnings so deliberately and maliciously like they did to me and my friend reader who had a heart attack and died because of their doing the same thing to her.
