KB Home – Sales consoler

ON 8/29/2025 We went to KB Homes Painted Prairie at Aurora Colorado, to see move in ready home. Don Rhine was the salesperson Phone 303-883.9223 after find the house he asked if we bring the check, we said we do not bring any check, and he said since already 5:30 pm he believes nobody will purchase the house that day and asked us to wait for his or the loan officer to contact us. (we already get approval from KBHS officer for $540.000. the house cost $568.000 we asked if the house can be $555.000. he said he will ask his boss from his side and to the load officer for our side.) then he sent us home and said don't forget to bring the Check tomorrow.
Today 8/30/2025 we went back to sign the contract after we get there he said he need cashier check not regular check! He did text my husband about using debit card and cashier check but since he is not specifically told no regular check so we don't stop in our CC bank since Regular bank we had will charged us $15 just to make cashier check! What making me disappointed is after driving 45-50 minutes to his office, why can't he text specifically no regular check! so why yesterday he said bring Check! not cashier Check! and our CC was like 25 minutes away from his office. now we have to go to diffrent bank pay money to get the cashier check! and back. I complained to your number and the lady sent me to the guys that supposed to be the person that taking care about salesperson his name Chris Phone # 720-589-5886. and his not much help either! really unprofessional he not even listens to my side and just cut me off and said he will call Don, I guess after he done talking with DON, he called me back but no explanation just said Don will call me. I told him I don't want to deal with DON, Chris not even apologized and talk to me about solution! really not professional. He just let us hang in I'm really disappointed with KB Homes Salespeople, No solution whatsoever!
I'm writing this so KB Homes can take a look into this people that not even have Customer services! Fell BAD for you KB Home some People that represent your company but not even knew what his doing!
TODAY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY HAPPIESS DAY BUYING HOME FROM YOU GUYS END UP THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!
