My husband and I built our home and closed in Feb 2019. KB has been nothing but hell trying to cut corners hiring cheap sun contractors. Our tile is cracking, our walls aren’t even and in 2022 we started seeing mold pop up in our kitchen. All because a lousy sun contractor didn’t put an insulation seal in our attic where the exhaust from the range hood met with the air in the attic. That was fixed. NOW fast forward a year we have mold growing from the vent in our dining room and my daughters closet. My children are becoming sick and have lingering congestion that won’t seem to go away. I can Deal with the floors, the uneven walls, carpet that was cut too short, but my kids health will not be compromised. We in a house paid over 400k for this house. I submitted a claim on their website a couple weeks ago, called to follow up the following week and was told they were investigating it. How could one investigate without seeing the areas of concern? Followed up 3 days later and still nothing. If I dont hear anything by end of day tomorrow I will be going to social media first which I have A large following with and then I will Be seeking out an attorney. This is repulsive how they are handling this situation.

Desired outcome: I’d like the mold remediated ( not with bleach) and a mold test done at the point in time of the issue getting fixed and 3 months after from a reputable company to ensure I have no mold
