My fiancé and I have bought an engagement ring over 3 weeks ago. The ring was sent out to be sized and cleaned. It is now January 28th and we have not heard anything to find out when it will be sent back. We have tried getting in contact with customer service a few times. No answers from them. We tried calling the store in Cherry Hill and no answer from them. No one picks up the phone. We will never go back to Kay Jewelers again. There is no accountability from this store. The incident will be reported to BBB.
Claimed loss: The ring was not returned to us. It has been over 3 weeks since we have heard anything. No one has given us any answers.
