Kay Jewelers review: Watch repair

I took my watch that I bought from Kay jewelers in Conyers Georgia to have the clasp repaired. I was told it would cost 100 dollars to be repaired. I agreed to have it repaired. A month went by so I went to check on my watch and was told it would have to be sent out for repair at a cost of 100 dollars, again I agreed. Two months later I received a call that my watch was ready. When I went to pick my watch up, I was told the bill was 300 dollars for a clasp. I left the watch and am writing to not only speak up about the intentional rip off but to warn people to stay away from Kay Jewelers.
