Joyce Factory Direct review: Bathroom remodel

July 25th salesman came. We spent $26,746.00 $1,500.00 down payment. Dave I told us it would be 6wks. Received a call the next day conferring the details. Our next call was to tell us they wouldn't be starting untill September18th between 8:00 -9:00 am and we would be working with a father and son, Dave and Baily. At 10:00am no show. I called Dave salesman left message. Called phone number Angie called from [protected] left message. At 10:45 I Google the business [protected] male answers and says I'm not on the schedule, he will look into it and call me back. It's. October 3rd and no reply. 11:00am Dave shows up I tell what's going on. Baily was not with him. Nobody even called him from the company. Master bath the only concerns we had was salesman said they replaced all plumbing with flex pipe and they used copper. They finished on the 22nd with the exception of trim and No Shower door. He asked if anyone called to tell me they would be on truck next week? Told him they never returned any calls period. Monday the 25th they started the other bathroom, still no shower door. Then he asked me to look at the flooring they sent, It wasn't the one on his paper. I told him go ahead I was all ready upset with this company when they can't. even return calls. The next day he asked did I order a ceiling plate for this shower? Absolutely everything is the same except for the Wayne's cotting. He goes to the shop the next day they say I didn't pay for that. My salesman called me pissed and said I didn't. get that, and their not giving it to me free. I told him I said the same except way escoating. also told him or any one else returns calls. He called back and said they're. going to Give it to me I gave it to him. Never dealt with any company that didn't. Communicate. They were done 28 th. Now I have 2 showers and NO DOORS and still have NO idea when I will. To top it off the trim we bought at Lowes they glued instead of nailing. This is a lifetime transferring warrantee can you imagine them returning your calls and saying oh thats not under warranty.
