Joyce Factory Direct review: Bath planet

We had a bathtub remodel with Bath Planet though Joyce Factory Direct. We were told the bathtub would be done in 2 days when it took 4 days. That was never stated to us that it could possibly be that long and I don't believe it is stated in the contract we signed either. Also a bath spout was not included and our contractor had to go buy another one to put on that we did not order. It took about 3 weeks for the spout that we ordered to come in. We scheduled for a Friday for it to be replaced and were told they would come between 10-12. However nobody showed up that day and we had to call to figure out why nobody came. They stated it was a communication issue. We had to schedule another day for someone to be home for it to be replaced. The service man came and replaced the water spout with the one we ordered, however he left sealant for us to seal the spout ourselves.
