Jomela Properties review: Bad business and desperate for money

This property management company runs a bad business and They are desperate for money. They rent to bad people who like to cook and light candles/incense to set their own apartment on fire. They like to rent to bad tenants like to start problems with the good tenants in their apartments! The tenants be popping and shooting their guns in the air to hit tenants wooden balconies. The tenants be leaving their garbage in the hallway for 4 to 5 days and The tenants be eating and dropping food in the hallways causing the apartment buildings to get bugs, roaches and mice! The property/apartment manager Tyler Still and Office Manager Lucas Koenings don't evict bad tenants when bad tenants do wrong in their apartments! They like to give bad tenants chances by letting them stay so that property management company can continue getting their money. The White and Mexican maintenance people don't do nothing, They don't fix outside doorbells and They don't do nothing. The maintenance men disrespect you, get smart-mouthed with you. They don't respect you, They don't give you no respect, no dignity and no self respect. Stay away from Jomela Properties, Don't not rent from them! Go somewhere else to rent an apartment!
